Responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of specialized care to a specific patient population in collaboration with more senior clinical specialists and medical staff.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Obtains clinical histories, conducts physical examinations, and obtains tests related to area of specialization. Develops, implements, and evaluates patient’s plan of care.

2. Counsels and advises patients on issues related to specialist area. Evaluates effectiveness of interaction.

3. Participates in holding nurse led outpatient clinics.

6. Documents all relevant information correctly, appropriately, and in a timely manner.

7. Reviews evidence based medicine protocols to guide treatment choice and standards of patient care. Assists in promoting and sharing knowledge via mentorship in line with relevant research and evidence based practice in collaboration with Nursing Development and Saudization. Evaluates effectiveness of interventions.

8. Demonstrates collaborative multi-disciplinary partnerships working towards the achievements of constant improvement in quality patient care. Acts as an advocate for patients and families. Collaborates withphysicians regarding diagnostics and treatment options.

9. Contributes to the achievement of clinical quality outcome indicators and patient satisfaction. Participates in Performance Improvement activities as assigned. Collects data as appropriate and provides feedback to relevant parties. Contributes to the research activities in area of specialty. Contributes to special projects/assignments linked to nursing strategic priorities and professional practice model.

10. Participates in the promotion and maintenance of effective communication and teamwork. Treats colleagues, patients, and visitors with dignity and respect at all times.

11. Promotes a safe environment and safe patient care by embracing a safety culture and identifying areas of risk to supervisor. Complies with policies for personal and patient safety and for the prevention of healthcare associated infections.

12. Participates in staff orientation aimed at developing competence and performance. Assists in maintaining a suitable learning environment and acts as a preceptor/mentor in the supervision and teaching of nursing students and new staff to develop their competence.

13. Reports equipment failures, safety and security issues, and/or reduction of supply inventory to supervisor.

14. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

15. Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s, or Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing is required.

**Experience Required**:
Four (4) years nursing experience with Bachelor’s ,or six (6) years with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.

    The Clinical Operations Team is responsible for conducting high quality clinical trials in Saudi Arabia within several therapy areas and is working closely with Russia CDC organization.

    **The Position**

    As our new COM you will be responsible for maintaining a competent clinical team to fulfil the assigned clinical trials. Your direct reports are Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in the Saudi Affiliate.

    You you will lead the Clinical Operations Team, you are a motivated team player who provides input and helps to strengthen and build the team.

    While your main focus is on Line Management activities, your responsibilities will also include the following:

    - Create and execute long-term strategic clinical plan
    - Analysis of legislation changes and clinical trial possibilities on the country level
    - Plan clinical trials allocation based on the portfolio review
    - Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (senior professors, CTU management)
    - High-level oversight of the clinical team and Cross-functional trials support as needed.

    **Qualifications**

    We expect you to have:

    - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in clinical operations/clinical trials delivery at the country/regional level in the pharmaceutical industry or Clinical Research Organization
    - Academic Degree in Life Science or similar disciplines
    - Therapeutic areas knowledge as applicable - demonstrated understanding of diseases and treatments
    - IT proficiency: MS Office, various clinical trials systems (e.g. IMPACT, IWRS, ePRO, NovoTime, CONNECT, HOT, Veeva)
    - Fluent English verbal and writing skills, Arabic language is a plus

    In addition to the above, travel will be required including some overnight stays depending on the clinical site’s location.

    Promoting products to HCP by 1:1 meeting, presentation and in-service Meeting with clinical and non-clinical stakeholder in order to finalize sales process. Attending and supporting EP cases in order to reach to his cases target and achieve his account BP.

    **Main accountabilities**:

    - To achieve sales and profit targets.
    - To spend 75% of the working time in Field activities
    - Maintaining proper collaboration with all company team members to ensure that implementation of all field operations are properly conducted for customers benefits.
    - Organizing effective and professional meetings with targeted customers.
    - Outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell our products range to the potential corporate clients
    - Generate leads; handle all customer queries including giving quotation and sales follow-up to achieve the B.P.
    - Maintain good customer relations and coordination
    - Provide prompt and accurate information about the products as well as making sure that the stock is available and the product consumption is going optimally
    - Providing relevant information on the products to the customer including in-service, cases support, negotiating the patient cases with the doctors.
    - Servicing and maintaining an existing base of customer by delivering prompt, courteous and reliable service and at the same time increasing & developing new customer base and avenues of business
    - Organizing all documents to insure Client demands are fulfilled
