As an interface between, the Clinical Engagement team and the sales organization the Clinical & Training Specialist for the region of Saudi, Oman & Qatar is responsible for training internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Representing the company as a Clinical Specialist in trainings and external customer programmes
- Support the Commercial Team with training in selected accounts
- Implementation of training courses as well as providing the necessary training materials (print and online)
- Development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of employee training (sales representatives, product managers and local trainers) in the field of medical training.
- Creation and updating of suitable training courses for medical knowledge in cooperation with the internal stakeholders like Clinical Engagement Managers
- Implementation of the training according to the required level knowledge
- Adaptation, implementation and, if necessary, implementation of the training courses.
- Assessment of success, sustainability and quality of training
- Creation and continuous adaptation of suitable materials and training for the active use of the study situation

Role Description

The Clinical Oncology Specialist will provide expertise in oncology, conduct research, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to drive improvements in cancer care. Daily tasks include patient consultations, developing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and staying updated with the latest oncology research and advancements.
