Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Clinical Manager to support Coloplast's clinical agenda across Saudi Arabia and the UAE in the fields of ostomy care and continence care. The role combines clinical education, research support, cross-functional collaboration, and field-based activities, requiring frequent travel within the region. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing patient care, supporting healthcare professionals, and enabling the company's mission of making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Education & Support

  • Deliver training and education programs to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals on Coloplast's ostomy and continence care portfolios and tools.
  • Provide clinical support during patient care activities, including bedside and outpatient settings, to optimize outcomes and reduce complications.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills during workshops, hospital sessions, and conferences.

Research & Evidence Generation

  • Support ongoing clinical studies, surveys, and real-world evidence projects in ostomy and continence care.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and dissemination of clinical insights.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps in clinical practice and contribute to research publications and advisory board initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and Care-Consumer Support teams to ensure alignment of clinical messages with business priorities.
  • Provide clinical input to marketing campaigns, educational materials, and patient support programs.
  • Support sales colleagues with clinical expertise during customer field visits.

Product Expertise & Case Support

Market Insight & Development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Health Education, Nursing or a related healthcare discipline (Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Quality, or Medical Research preferred).
  • 1–3 years of clinical experience in colorectal field, urology field, ostomy care, continence care, wound care, or surgical specialties.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse healthcare audiences.

(Alpha Netzwerk AG, Switzerland) is a Healthcare Communication & Integration (HCI) platform that connects verified doctors, clinics, insurers and patients via teleconsultation, multilingual tools and AI-assisted workflows. We are scaling our KSA commercial team and looking for experienced healthcare sales managers to drive pilots and enterprise contracts.

Role summary

Lead commercial growth across all healthcare sectors by creating opportunities, running pilots and closing recurring contracts. Work with clinical and operations teams to onboard customers and scale revenue. You will be part of the team that helps establish the future 
Doctomed JSC in KSA
 and contribute to building the local company and management structure.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify hospital chains, major clinics, insurers, employers, pharmacies, fitness.
  • partners; secure meetings with decision-makers.
  • Run product demos, negotiate pilot agreements and close paid contracts.
  • Manage handover to onboarding/implementation and ensure smooth go-live.
  • Deliver weekly reports and accurate forecasts.
  • Coach/coordinate local affiliates where relevant.

Requirements

  • Several years selling to healthcare organisations in KSA or the region.
  • Track record of closing enterprise pilots and navigating procurement processes.
  • Strong commercial instinct, negotiation skills and ability to work with clinical stakeholders.
  • Resident in KSA ; fluent Arabic + English.
  • Target-driven, reliable, able to document deals in CRM.

Compensation & upside

  • Fixed base salary plus commission on deals closed. 
    Salary is payable from the start of local activities.
  • Commission structure with staged payments.
  • Accelerators for over-performance and trailing commission on renewals.
  • Eligible for stock-option grants with milestone-based vesting; possibility to participate in local equity arrangements linked to the future Doctomed JSC in KSA.
  • Standard clawback conditions apply for cancellations/refunds.
