Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Clinical Manager to support Coloplast's clinical agenda across Saudi Arabia and the UAE in the fields of ostomy care and continence care. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Education & Support
- Deliver training and education programs to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals on Coloplast's ostomy and continence care portfolios and tools.
- Provide clinical support during patient care activities, including bedside and outpatient settings, to optimize outcomes and reduce complications.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills during workshops, hospital sessions, and conferences.
Research & Evidence Generation
- Support ongoing clinical studies, surveys, and real-world evidence projects in ostomy and continence care.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and dissemination of clinical insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps in clinical practice and contribute to research publications and advisory board initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Product Expertise & Case Support

Market Insight & Development

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of clinical experience in colorectal field, urology field, ostomy care, continence care, wound care, or surgical specialties.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse healthcare audiences.
- Experience or interest in clinical research, data analysis, and publication support.

Job Description
Local Clinical Project Management services provides local management of a clinical trial (or Medical Affairs data generation activity) in a country or countries. Services/deliverables include operational oversight of assigned protocol(s) at the country level from start-up through to database lock and closeout activities. Further, services will ensure the local trial team is delivering quality data and trial documents/records that are compliant with the assigned clinical trial protocol, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), International Conference on Harmonization for Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), and regulatory requirements. **Deliverables:**

+ Complies with relevant training requirements.

**Education and Experience Requirements:**
+ BA/BS degree.

+ Experience in Immunology is preferred.
