- تسجيل جميع بيانات التشغيل والإنتاج بدقة وفق ممارسات التوثيق الجيد (GDP)، وإجراء الفحوصات أثناء العملية (مثل pH، الكثافة، اللزوجة)، والتنسيق مع أقسام ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) للفحص والإطلاق ومعالجة الانحرافات.
الحفاظ على جاهزية منطقة الإنتاج ونظافتها وفق الخطط المعتمدة، والالتزام بارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) واتباع تعليمات نشرات السلامة الكيميائية (MSDS)، وضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة والتخلص الآمن من النفايات.
Execute production and manufacturing processes in accordance with approved formulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the requirements of ISO 13485 and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA).
Contribute to the creation and revision of production procedures and related records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Production activities include but are not limited to mixing, filling, capping, labeling, stacking, and final product handling to achieve high-quality output.
Verify raw materials (batch numbers, expiry dates, certificates of analysis) and ensure calibration and functionality of production equipment (balances, pH meters, mixers, measuring tools).
Record production data accurately following Good Documentation Practice (GDP), perform in-process quality checks (pH, density, viscosity), and coordinate with QA/QC for inspection, release, and deviation management.
Maintain readiness and cleanliness of the production area as per the established housekeeping plan, comply with PPE requirements, follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) instructions, and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures including waste management.

Prepare quotations based on production cost and target profit margins, and manage the full sales process — from purchase orders and delivery follow-up to invoicing and collection.
Provide basic technical support and product guidance to customers, handle feedback and complaints, and ensure all are reported through the PMS/CAPA system in coordination with the Quality Department.
Collect and analyze market and competitor information, contribute to the preparation of marketing materials (Datasheets / IFUs / Catalogues), and assist in product improvement and sales planning initiatives.
