Organizes daily work congruent with schedules and work patterns of the subsection/section. Assists section supervisor in the appropriate dissemination of information in inter-shift, inter-sectional, and departmental communication. Ensures optimum levels of supplies are available to provide uninterrupted services; assists in ordering supplies and maintains the supply inventory system. Operates within cost effective practices of section.
Assists in the evaluation of new methodologies/equipment. Assists in the revision of policy and procedure manuals in accordance with specified guidelines.
Obtains and processes laboratory specimens. Performs analyses, tests, and procedures. Maintains appropriate laboratory safety procedures and practices.
Maintains records as per Hospital established Medical Laboratory standards. Operates and maintains laboratory equipment. Maintains Quality Control programs of the section and participates in the Quality Assurance programs of the department.
Provides ongoing response/feedback to Hospital employee performance appraisal system. Trains, provides continuing education, and guides students and other healthcare personnel, including residents.

- تنفيذ عمليات الإنتاج والتصنيع وفق الصيغ المعتمدة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) ومتطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة ISO 13485 ولوائح هيئة الغذاء والدواء السعودية (SFDA).
المساهمة في إنشاء وتعديل ملفات إجراءات الإنتاج وملحقاتها مع ضمان الدقة والالتزام. تشمل عمليات الإنتاج: الخلط، التعبئة، التغطية، التكديس، ووضع الملصقات، للحصول على منتج نهائي مطابق للمواصفات.

Contribute to the creation and revision of production procedures and related records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Production activities include but are not limited to mixing, filling, capping, labeling, stacking, and final product handling to achieve high-quality output.
Verify raw materials (batch numbers, expiry dates, certificates of analysis) and ensure calibration and functionality of production equipment (balances, pH meters, mixers, measuring tools).
Record production data accurately following Good Documentation Practice (GDP), perform in-process quality checks (pH, density, viscosity), and coordinate with QA/QC for inspection, release, and deviation management.
