We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead and deliver strategic healthcare consulting engagements in Saudi Arabia. You will work with government ministries, healthcare providers, and private sector players to drive transformation aligned with Vision 2030 and National Health Strategy objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience from a Big 4 firm, a proven track record in healthcare delivery and reform, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Lead and manage large-scale healthcare consulting projects, including health system transformation, strategy development, digital health, operational improvement, and regulatory alignment
Advise clients on key healthcare challenges including clinical governance, health financing, service delivery models, and value-based care
Support government health entities ((Ministry of Health ) MOH , Vision Realization Offices, Hold Co., etc.) and private healthcare providers in developing and executing national transformation programs
Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Build trusted client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Contribute to thought leadership and develop healthcare-focused market offerings
Mentor junior consultants and help build internal healthcare capability
Required Knowledge and Experience:
7–10 years of relevant experience at a Big 4 consulting firm . with a focus on healthcare
Strong background in strategy consulting, health policy, public health, or healthcare operations
Demonstrated experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC healthcare landscape is highly preferred
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver impact under complex regulatory and cultural environments
Extensive experience with Strategy development, performance improvement, business modelling, change management etc.
Preferred skills: Deep understanding of Vision 2030, National Transformation Program, and Health Sector Transformation Strategy. Knowledge of healthcare financing, reimbursement models, and PPP frameworks. Experience in digital health, HIS implementation, or hospital commissioning is a strong asset. Bilingual (English and Arabic) is highly desirable.

The clinic manager is responsible for the management and daily operations of the assigned Skin Laundry clinic. The clinic manager ensures that staff are following the established policies & procedures for client journey, managing the medical and administrative team members, and achieving business goals. She must keep track of the revenue and make sure that sales targets are being achieved daily while providing ongoing support for all clinic staff as required. The role will require to ensure that the client journey experience meets expected guidelines.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Operations**:
Oversee and manage Skin Laundry’s Day to day clinic operations.
Maintain steady progress towards established goals in accordance with the Company’s strategic and business plans.
Recommending solutions for improvements of processes and protocols related to client care starting from the reception to the treatment rooms at assigned Skin Laundry’s medical facility.
Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered throughout the overall client journey.
Responsible for execution of compliance with the regulations and quality standards as prescribed by both local and external health authorities and governmental entities and ensure that updates are properly communicated and understood by all staff.
Identify, handle and resolve client issues and complaints by using Skin Laundry's protocol system and escalate emergencies or difficult situations to the area clinic manager as required.
Identify ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity in both operations and staff levels at the assigned clinic.
Ensuring that the clinic is kept clean and organized and always maintains an environment of continuous improvement.
Creation of weekly inventory lists to maintain the minimum requirement of supplies, equipment and consumables while submitting monthly stock reports to management for procurement needs.
Follow the proper Skin Laundry protocols and meet the terms and conditions of the work.
Always maintain confidentiality in accordance with the company policy, data protection and privacy legislation.
Plan staff allocation and ensure adequate annual leave is taken, staff coverage is appropriately managed and liaise with senior clinic manager for work schedule approvals of clinic staff.
Any other duties and responsibilities that the area clinic manager may assign.
**Sales and Marketing**:
Provide information and marketing suggestions to the marketing team through clinic analysis.
Continuously works towards increasing clinic revenues and service additions and ensuring that existing services generate effective ROIs.
**Financial Accountability**
Receive payments from clients and track all transactions as well as managing the Clinic's budget, billing system, inventory and processing weekly cash reconciliation with management.
Operate within the approved budget and provide justification for budget variances. Participate actively in Skin Laundry’s overall cost management initiatives.
**Staff Development**
Provides opportunities for growth and development of team members.
Conduct performance management appraisals, assess and implement quarterly KPI evaluations and monitor improvement for all direct and indirect reports in conjunction with HR and the senior clinic manager.
Find ways to enhance employee’s work quality and productivity by identifying learning and development requirements.
Supports all staff members with training while on the job while setting goals concurrently.
**Professional Growth & Development**
Exhibits progressive professional development.
Demonstrates reliability, accountability and must meet work deadlines. - Performs other duties as assigned.
**Skills and Qualifications required.**
Must be confident to provide leadership and operational assistance to the entire multicultural Clinic team.
Experience working with booking/appointment software.
Good skills with the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Basic computational skills, including calculating percentages and discounts.
Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment with a limited margin for error - Friendly, professional, helpful, and customer-service oriented.
Ability to handle client's requests and complaints in a professional & calm manner.
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent personal/social skills when dealing with clients and co-workers.
Ability to manage and work under pressure.
Solution-based attitude and ability to work off own initiative.
