Job Summary

Responsible for all activities of plant sanitation & hygiene dep. including waste water, solid waste, laundry, purchase request cleaning tools, chemicals, machineries, spare part and daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly task and maintain all plant from outside & inside according to company standard cleanness and Pest Control.

Technical Duties
  • Set the Cleaning SOP of the plant.
  • Coordinate and Distribute the sanitation team for cleanness the plant
Requirements
  • Follow up with the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning activity for the plant, premises, and accommodation.
  • Training the sanitation staff for all kinds of cleaning and engaging if require for the cleaning
  • Control the chemicals stock and maintain the daily usage.
  • Control the cleaning tools stock and maintain the daily usage.
  • Requesting and following up with chemical and cleaning tools suppliers
  • Generate PR and follow up with the PO
  • Follow Up with chemical calibration for automatic dosing System
  • Responsible of the Outside service contract
  • Monitor and follow up with Solid waste
  • Monitor and follow up wastewater
  • Monitor and follow up on Laundry of staff uniform
  • Research to develop the sanitation & hygiene dep. for improvement of cleaning standard
  • Follow up with Pest control company and treatment, daily and monthly reports.
Education & Certifications

Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor in Food Technology or relevant field.

Experience
  • Minimum: 2+ years of experience in related field.
  • Preferred: 3 years in Food manufacturing as supervisor.
