Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Design Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will determine methods and solutions for complex engineering and infrastructure design problems, applying advanced techniques to deliver efficient and economical improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Function as Discipline Project Engineer, assuming responsibility for the work of the group.
Plan, direct, and supervise the work of a major engineering unit or project requiring significant manpower and financial resources.
Lead Engineers and design personnel in technical excellence, growth in the Quality Improvement Process, and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Provide technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
Ensure compliance of design with all applicable codes, regulations, and contract requirements.
Prepare material/equipment specifications and purchase requisitions; review supplier data; witness shop tests; assist with assessing supplier manufacturing capabilities.
Develop operation and maintenance plans; standard operating procedures; and O&M manuals, and conduct on-site training of personnel.
Conduct surveys, studies, and site investigations.
Perform reliability, availability, maintenance (RAM), and safety analyses.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Design Engineer Wet Utilities with 3+ years of experience to support the planning, design, and detailing of wet utility systems including potable water, stormwater, wastewater, and irrigation networks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in infrastructure design and hydraulic modeling.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and prepare designs, layouts, profiles, and cross-sections for wet utility networks using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar tools.

The Civil & Structural Design Engineer's main role will be to produce design calculations accompanied by drawings and layouts. The engineer shall ensure full compliance with followed codes in Telecom Infrastructure and that all produced designs are in line with the client’s specifications, standards, and methods.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil design content and coordinate with other team members to produce the final product/document.
- Translate telecom service orders into civil engineering requirements.
- Prepare civil design calculations and give a final recommendation on do feasibility of the scope.
- Prepare design drawings on Auto-CAD.
- Prepare site-specific structural design whenever required (tower strengthening, support beams, etc.)

- Review and approve civil design documents, whether site-specific, new site, or even generic.

- Produce final design attributes, including but not limited to EPA, structure capacity, future do-ability, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in civil design of wireless telecom.
- Solid understanding of Telecommunications Industry standards, including TIA-222
- Proven knowledge in Towers’ Designs and Specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective coordination abilities.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in using Auto-CAD
- Proficient in using Guy-Mast or equivalent

Qualification: BE/B. Tech(Civil) and ME/M. Tech in STRUCTURE
Experience required: 5-15 Years(Depends on positions)
Candidate must have experience in Gulf Countries .
Substation Project experience is mandatory.
