Civil Construction Manager must be a well experienced and results-driven to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within Saudi Arabia. As an integral member of a multi-discipline team, become fully aware of the FEED & EPC schedule, site activities and project goals.
To establish and maintain a good working relationship and communication with other site team members, advise areas of concern in terms of constructability and take an active role in implementation and closure of constructability action items. construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate assigned work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
- Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications and schedule.
- Monitor craft compliance with project safety requirements; documents and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- PMP/PMI Certified.
- Min of 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industries and having worked min of 5 years in the same capacity with Aramco projects in Saudi Arabia especially in Pipeline/Cross country pipeline projects.
- Candidate having worked in Yanbu or Mountainous/Hilly area is preferred
