Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution – Civil & Telecom: Oversee civil & Telecom works including tower foundations, shelter bases, fencing, and telecom equipment installation.Coordinate with telecom engineers, civil contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration.Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones align with rollout schedules.
• Technical Oversight: Review shop drawings, BOQs, and submittals.Ensure compliance with telecom operator standards (e.g., STC, Mobily, Zain) and international codes.Supervise foundation construction, anchor bolt installation, and structural inspections.Support thecommissioning of power systemsand shelter environments.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce QA/QC and HSE protocols across all GSM sites.Conduct inspections for grounding, lightning protection, and structural integrity.Ensure compliance with soil compaction, concrete curing, and backfilling standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Telecommunication, or Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure, with 5+ years in GSM projects
• Strong understanding of telecom site components: towers, shelters, BTS, MW, rectifiers, and generators.

Skills & Certifications:

• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera
• Familiar with telecom and civil standards (e.g. TIA-607, NEC, IEEE, ACI, ASTM)

Job Overview:

The Civil Construction Manager will oversee and manage all civil construction activities for infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. 1. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Education:

• Experience:
  10+ years of experience in civil construction in a management role overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience managing civil projects like roads, highways, drainage, and utilities. Knowledge of construction contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Skills:
  Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and team members. In-depth understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Proficiency in construction management software. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
