  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress of urban planning initiatives, ensuring they meet strategic objectives. Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Years of Experience: 5-8 years.

Project Duration: 1 year.

Working Arrangement: on-site.

Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

Nationalities: Saudi nationals.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Resource Planning Consultant (Saudi National) to support strategic resource planning activities within the procurement department over a 1-year engagement . The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience with a proven track record in resource planning and data analytics .

Key Requirements

  • Saudi National.
  • 5–8 years of experience in resource planning, with direct involvement in procurement or supply chain functions.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and using analytics to support planning decisions.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain resource planning models to support procurement project requirements.
  • Analyze current and projected resource capacity and demand across procurement functions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and workforce utilization.
  • Contribute to periodic planning reviews, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Support the development and enhancement of resource planning frameworks and tools.
