**Job Description:**
Parsons is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Manager - City Design Planning** to join our team in the City Wide Coordination Department for the groundbreaking THE LINE project at NEOM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in city design planning, with a strong focus on coordinating complex, large-scale urban development projects. This role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of various design elements to create a cohesive and innovative urban environment.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and oversee the integration of city design activities across NEOM THE LINE.
+ Coordinate the work of multidisciplinary design teams, including architects, engineers, and urban designers.
+ Ensure that all design components align with the project's overall vision, objectives, and standards.
+ Manage design workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
+ Support the resolution of design conflicts and challenges, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among teams.
+ Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to gather design information and ensure alignment with project requirements.
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of design strategies that promote sustainability, innovation, and quality.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.**
+ **Minimum of 15 years of experience in city design planning, with significant experience in managing design coordination for large-scale urban development projects.**
+ Strong understanding of urban design principles, infrastructure integration, and public realm development.
+ Proven experience in managing complex design processes, including tracking deliverables, resolving design conflicts, and ensuring alignment across teams.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to balance day-to-day design management with strategic problem-solving.
+ Familiarity with sustainable and innovative urban design practices.
