Job Description
We are hiring for an Account Manager to be mainly responsible for establishing and maintaining Cisco account plans and to promote sales growth.
Responsibilities- Establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth.
- Establishing relationship with Partners at all organization levels including senior executives.
- Recruiting and developing business relationship with new Partners.
- Sharing feedback to plan, execute and manage promotional activities to drive on significant sales growth.
- Fully engaging with Cisco Partners business managers’ Team.
- Achieving assigned quota for Cisco products and services.
- Following up for payment and maintaining credit lines with all Partners.
- Liaising with Vendor and Partner Sales Teams to effectively manage and close deals.
- Providing accurate forecasts of deals and sharing feedback for accounts managed on a weekly basis.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Any CISCO specific or other related vendor/ industry certification will be considered favourably.
- 2-4 years of selling experience at Information Technology (distribution level or partner level).
- Good communication (verbal and written) in English and Arabic.
- Very good command of MS Office.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to handle multi partners at the same time with high quota.
- Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.
- Ability to recruit new partners.
- Solid experience in selling to partners and customers in a complex environment.

Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker with experience in B2B technology sales, networking, cloud, and data center infrastructure.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement regional business development plans aligning with Lenovo & Cisco solutions and goals.
- Lead regional sales efforts, including pipeline development, account targeting, and lead generation for Lenovo Cisco Solutions.
- Collaborate with Lenovo/Cisco sales teams to position joint solutions effectively, identify, and close high-value deals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Lenovo Cisco Solutions in the region, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients, showcasing the benefits and ROI of Lenovo Cisco solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal and partner sales teams to enhance solution knowledge and confidence.
- Achieve KPIs for regional growth, including revenue targets, market share, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and analyses for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in the technology industry, with experience working with Cisco.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated experience with B2B technology sales, particularly in networking, data centers, or cloud infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of networking, security, cloud, and data center technologies.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and partnerships.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate - CCNA) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Lenovo and/or Cisco product lines is a plus.
