**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Supervises and facilitates the work of the Case Management Assistant II.
2. Assumes responsibility for the waiting list for specific service areas.
3. Maintains liaison with referring hospital and referring physicians to ensure that all necessary information and documentation regarding patients are available.
4. Manages and tracks the daily referrals of new patients.
5. Monitors the initiation and follow up of the discharges planning process.
6. Ensures that Case Management Assessment is done within one working day admission and documented within 48 hours.
7. Ensures that unit rounds are conducted on a daily basis.
8. Makes recommendations regarding the admission/ appointments process and the effective use of bed and resource utilization.
9. Communicates, documents and reports all relevant information/ statistics as per established standards.
10. Maintains positive professional interpersonal relationships with patients and theirfamilies, co-workers and other members of the Health Care Team.
11. Assists in preparation of performance appraisals.
12. Addresses program related matters, advising and guiding staff, including the development and implementation of program policies, procedures and protocol and budget preparation, consults with Case Manager or Executive Assistant as appropriate.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree or IPA Diploma in Hospital Administration or other related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
Three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree or five (5) years with IPA Diploma is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals only

They are experts in document management process and process the request as per Amazon policy guidelines and process documents in place.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Document sorting, scanning, indexing and storing in appropriate database.
- Linking documents with appropriate cases.
- Storing unmatched documents in the repository for future reference following predefined filing process.
- Reviews documents for accuracy.
- Identify and report incorrect, or unclear submissions.
- Categorizing documents to various leave types. Critically assess and address the document assignment for all the identified and unidentified cases.
- Assist employee through calls and emails for document submission.
- Check for identifiable cases for received documents and assign unmatched documents to ‘unidentified category in the database.
- Address and respond to sensitive documentation on priority.
- Identify and solve problems that may arise, sometimes with limited information
- Ensure compliance with a standard work, federal/state regulations, and company policy
- Maintain system records to ensure accurate and timely information/documentation
- Consult, coordinate and partner with the case manager and other internal or external departments/systems or vendors as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
