Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to join our Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our suite of professional services. This role is ideal for ambitious Saudi female professional with a passion for networking, relationship-building, and strategic growth.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the accounting, tax, and consultancy sectors.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored service solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials.
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking functions.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Assist in developing and executing business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion, and market feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for service development and positioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in professional services).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
