Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, market opportunities, and technological capabilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and in-depth user insights (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends
- Translate strategic objectives and market insights into actionable product requirements, detailed user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
- Continuously evaluate the product portfolio's performance against strategic goals, making data-driven adjustments to the roadmap as needed
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation, rigorous discovery, meticulous design, agile development, successful launch, to post-launch optimization, iteration, and eventual retirement

Job Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Senior Manager - Digital Products Management to lead our innovative digital initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product vision, overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital products, and ensuring alignment with the overarching business strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive digital product strategy
- Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to inform product direction and prioritize features
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch high-quality digital products
- Establish product performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to optimize offerings and enhance user experience
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to promote collaboration and drive product success
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 8+ years of progressive experience in digital product management with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven success in launching and managing digital products in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive product enhancements and performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Familiarity with product management tools and user-centered design principles
