In this role, you will be responsible for managing our digital product offerings, ensuring that they are effectively developed and aligned with our strategic vision to enhance user experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, market opportunities, and technological capabilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and in-depth user insights (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends
  • Translate strategic objectives and market insights into actionable product requirements, detailed user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
  • Continuously evaluate the product portfolio's performance against strategic goals, making data-driven adjustments to the roadmap as needed
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation, rigorous discovery, meticulous design, agile development, successful launch, to post-launch optimization, iteration, and eventual retirement
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, operations, and legal to ensure seamless product delivery, effective go-to-market strategies, and widespread adoption

Requirements

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Manager - Digital Products Management to lead the development and implementation of our digital product strategies. In this influential role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our digital offerings, ensuring they are strategically aligned with our broader company vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, market opportunities, and technological capabilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and in-depth user insights (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends
  • Translate strategic objectives and market insights into actionable product requirements, detailed user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
  • Continuously evaluate the product portfolio's performance against strategic goals, making data-driven adjustments to the roadmap as needed
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation, rigorous discovery, meticulous design, agile development, successful launch, to post-launch optimization, iteration, and eventual retirement
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, operations, and legal to ensure seamless product delivery, effective go-to-market strategies, and widespread adoption
  • Lead the prioritization of product backlogs, manage feature releases, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure digital products
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for digital products, driving continuous improvement based on data analytics, user feedback, and business impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) is a plus
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior management role
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex digital products from conception to scale
  • Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, including Agile
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with product management tools and performance tracking systems
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
