We're now seeking an extraordinary and visionary CFO & Co-Founder to join our founding team. This pivotal role will architect our financial systems, lead capital strategy and investor relations, embed governance, and drive sustainable growth across the GetMe ecosystem.
The Role: Finance, Strategy & Stewardship
As CFO & Co-Founder, you will:
• Design and implement a robust financial infrastructure to support subscription economics, café partnerships, and long-term scale
• Lead GetMe's fundraising strategy, from Pre-Seed to Series A and beyond, while managing investor relations
• Build and manage financial models integrating Shariah compliance, subscription cash flow, AI-informed consumer insights, and growth optimization
• Develop OKRs, KPIs, and forecasts to track performance, ROI, and social/market impact
• Drive capital efficiency, optimize OPEX and CAPEX, and ensure audit readiness and regulatory alignment
• Oversee licensing, regulatory compliance, and all financial documentation
• Establish governance systems and advise on legal, accounting, and risk frameworks in collaboration with the Board, Shariah Committee, and advisors
• Serve as a public-facing co-founder, representing GetMe in discussions with banks, investors, and fintech stakeholders
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while collaborating with founders, investors, and operators across FinTech, SaaS, and lifestyle markets
• Ensure compliance with Shariah, ESG, and regulatory standards while supporting global expansion
Who You Are
• 8+ years of leadership experience in finance, strategy, or investment roles, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, subscription platforms, or high-growth startups (B2B / B2B2C / B2C)
• Expertise in financial operations, capital strategy, fundraising, and scalable financial models
• Strong understanding of Shariah-compliant finance, ESG integration, and regulatory compliance
• Experience structuring pre-IPO or growth-stage companies for liquidity, profitability, and scale
• Strategic thinker with an operator's mindset, bridging high-level vision with day-to-day execution
• Technical literacy in financial tools, BI dashboards, and AI-powered analytics
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Corporate Finance, or related field (CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional credential is a strong plus or actively pursuing one)
• Bonus: technical literacy in Python or machine learning for collaboration with engineering and data teams
• Bonus: familiarity with Islamic finance, Zakat, AAOIFI standards, or subscription mechanisms and modeling
• Saudi citizen (preferred) or Arab nationality, ready to lead locally and scale globally
