The Flight School Supply Lead holds a critical role in managing and overseeing the Flight School supply operations in support of OPM SANG, ensuring the seamless procurement, distribution, and maintenance of essential supplies, equipment, and materials specifically related to the Flight School. This position is instrumental in maintaining optimal operational readiness and supporting the mission objectives of the school's training activities.
Responsibilities
+ Flight School Supply Chain Management:
+ Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes for Flight school-related materials, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
+ Collaborate with logistics personnel to optimize the supply chain for efficiency.
+ Inventory Control:
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all supplies and equipment.
+ Conduct regular audits to ensure precise inventory management and promptly address discrepancies.
+ Distribution and Logistics for Flight School:
+ Develop and implement distribution strategies specifically tailored for training supplies and equipment to ensure timely and accurate delivery to all units within the flight school.
+ Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules.
+ Quality Assurance for Flight School Supplies:
+ Implement quality control measures to ensure received training supplies meet Flight School requirements.
+ Monitor and address any issues related to the quality of all requested supplies.
+ Budget Management for Flight School:
+ Assist in budget planning and monitoring specifically for Flight School supply-related expenses.

+ Must be familiar with DOD procedures, regulations and directives concerning logistics support and supply systems; includes IMRL & ALMMS programs as it applies to organizational and intermediate level maintenance
+ Must have four (4) years of experience specializing in a DOD aviation/material control environment.

- Prepare crewmembers through realistic mission training flight maneuvers under local environmental conditions to include dust landings, and weather specific desert training.
- Provide aircrew proficiency training in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) in and outside controlled airspace under Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and or international Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) flight rules.
- Attend meetings as required with Customer/s.
- Recommend aviation instructor pilot appointments to customer leadership.
- As a member of the Aviation Safety Council, attend regularly scheduled Aviation Safety Council meetings as required.
- Attend and provide training and mission planning input to the weekly Production Control and Operations meeting.
- Responsible for providing direct interface and daily status reports as required between staff for training status, mission assignments, mission planning, and crew status.
- Additional duties or tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education Level: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Must have been qualified as a Pilot in Command and successfully completed one of the following: Graduate of a course of instruction for OH-58D or AH-64D IPs at an authorized Aviation Proponent School required.
- An IP equivalency evaluation administered by a standardization instructor pilot (SP) selected by the Directorate of Evaluations and Standardization (DES), preferably in the AH-64D or OH-58D aircraft required.
- FAA rating (preferred) as Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument - Helicopter (CFII-H) or military equivalent.
- Minimum 1,000 flight hours with 250 NVG, and 500 hours as an instructor required.
- Certificates: Military aviation certification and/or rating as Instructor Pilot in the UH-60M program Series aircraft.
- Experience: Mission (Attack, Observation, Utility, Multi-Mission) operations preferred.
Specific knowledge, skill, and ability requirements:
- Knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, administration, and logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent operational research.
- Demonstrated past performance and experience in leading an organizational staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Demonstrated past performance in the development of organizational plans, policies, and operational procedures.
- Ability to communicate both orally and written.
- Ability to effectively deal with people in the supervision of staff and team members.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
- Possesses a valid driver s license.
- Successfully pass the Army or FAA Class II Flight Physical upon hire, and annually thereafter required.

Description
Responsible for performing duties as an Instructor Pilot-Trainer in the MD500 Series Aircraft and supporting simulation device(s). Conduct Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) training, Aircraft Qualification Course (AQC) training, Instructor Pilot Course (IPC) training, continuation training and evaluation of customer students and pilots in accordance with approved Saudi Arabian Ministry of National Guard publications. Flight instruction duties include contact, basic instrument, basic and advanced combat skills, and initial NVG qualification. Flight evaluation duties include APART and PFE’s under Day, Night, Hood and NVG conditions to MNG standards IAW government approved ATM, POI, and CMP requirements. Academic instruction may include, but not limited to any combination of Individual or Group instruction in a classroom environment and or simulator on basic ground school topics to include aerodynamics, aeromedical, navigation, aircraft systems, crew coordination, basic instruments, and night/NVG. Responsible for maintaining Individual Gradebook Folders, Individual Aircrew Training Folders (IATF) and completing required training, currency, and readiness entries.
Qualifications
- Must have an FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot certificate or host country equivalent.
- FAA Class II Flight Physical or host country equivalent required.
- Must have been qualified as a Pilot in Command.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in related field is required.
- Must be qualified in mission, type, design, and if appropriate, series of aircraft; or be able to be qualified upon hire.
- Graduate of a course of instruction for Instructor Pilot at an authorized U.S. Army Aviation Proponent School or an IP equivalency evaluation administered by a standardization instructor pilot (SP) selected by the Directorate of Evaluations and Standardization (DES) required.
- Minimum 1500-hour total flight hours (Turbine Engine), of which a minimum of 1000 PIC and 300 hours are as an SP/IP. Minimum of 250 flight hours NVG. Previous NVG Instructor Pilot experience required.
- Knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, administration, and logistics.
- Demonstrated ability as lead pilot of a flight training organization.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work under the management of the customer and report to the aircrew training manager.
- Identify the training needs and maintain high standards of training for pilots on H145 Helicopters.
- Perform duties as ground and flight instructor to train according to the customer publications syllabus for basic and advanced courses (e.g., Conversion course, NVG, Hoist, Tactical) on H145 Helicopters.
- Support the customer and perform FCF flights on H145 Helicopters.
- Support the customer by writing training plans according to their needs.
- Update regulations according to the requirements.
- Advise the Commanders on aircrew training requirements for H145 Helicopters.
- Develop and write training materials, publications, syllabi, and exams for H145 Helicopters, and review and correct these publications as needed.
- Update and follow up on training files for aircrew deployed on H145 Helicopters.
