Organizational Design & Workforce Planning
- Drive organization design projects for agility and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Center of Excellence or strategic HR leadership role.
