HR Center of Excellence Director (CoE) is a key leadership role responsible for designing and executing strategic HR programs that enhance organizational scalability, talent development, and operational excellence. This position leads four main HR pillars: Job Architecture & Governance, Total Rewards, Talent & Capability Development, and Organizational Design & Effectiveness. • Lead the design of competitive and equitable compensation structures.
• Conduct benchmarking and oversee incentive and benefits strategy.
• Collaborate with Finance on workforce cost planning and compensation forecasting.

Talent & Capability Development

• Build career frameworks and competency models to support Masdr's culture.
• Develop and manage talent pools and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee learning & development and performance management programs.

Organizational Design & Workforce Planning

• Drive organization design projects for agility and scalability.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity reviews.
• Support change management and digital transformation initiatives.

Culture & Engagement

• Promote a positive organizational culture through strategic engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Center of Excellence or strategic HR leadership role.
• Proven expertise in compensation, org design, and talent development.
• Experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
