The Swimming Coach at PMU is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the university's swimming team. Duties and Responsibilities

The Swimming Coach's duties and responsibilities are:

• Coach the university swimming team during competitions and tournaments.
• Identify and recruit student-athletes with potential and encourage student participation.
• Monitor the academic progress and well-being of team members.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of swimming equipment and facilities.

Qualifications & Experience (Required)

Suitable candidates should be possessing the criteria such as:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Coaching, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of coaching experience in swimming at the collegiate, club, or professional level.
• Swimming coaching certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing athletes and leading competitive teams.
• Experience working with young adults or university-level athletes.
• Passing the official swimming coaching tests (or their equivalent) with the local federation, specifically the Saudi Swimming Federation.
