Knight Frank’s Middle East Capital Markets team has quickly grown to become one of the strongest in the market. The focus of the team is both on outbound capital flows, with a global remit, and regional investment advisory, dealing with clients ranging from family offices to institutions and sovereign funds.
The team is seeking an experienced Associate Partner to provide deal support on both buy and sell side transactions regionally. As Associate Partner, you will liaise closely with Knight Frank’s global Capital Markets teams in other key international hubs as well as with our network of offices in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Provide support on existing instructions across different geographies to senior team members.
- Create bespoke and detailed cash flow modelling using Excel. Create cashflow projections and assist with investment analysis.
- Collate requirements, leads and opportunities for discussion within the team.
- Assist with preparation of investment memorandums, presentations and other relevant detailed documents.
- Review lease agreements.
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with key investors across the region.
- Create, update and maintain deal and capital trackers as well as other databases as required.
- Provide regular market reports, working with relevant research teams.
- Collaborate with research teams to prepare presentations and research documents on relevant subjects.
- Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding the transaction process and presenting potential opportunities.
- Refer business leads or other potential fee earning opportunities into other parts of the regional and global business.
- Other tasks as may be required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Development or Investment. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with an existing network of professional contacts and a proven track record of deal making with evidence of transactions completed within the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Sound understanding of commercial lease terms impacting value.
- Sound understanding of valuation methodology.
- Sound understanding of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) professional standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Overview
We are seeking a Capital Markets Financial Analyst to join the Treasury’s Capital Markets & Financing Department of Saudi Aramco.
The Capital Markets & Finance Department is overseeing global debt capital markets to identify opportunities and emerging trends in support of Saudi Aramco’s global financing strategies
Your primary role is to lead many aspects of corporate debt issuances ensuring that the group maintains ready access to financial markets to meet its expansionary requirements and working closely with senior finance management, banks, debt investors and credit rating agencies.
Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate, you will perform the following:
- Monitor and report on developed and emerging debt capital markets activities with a focus on energy-related sectors.
- Assist in the structuring, pricing and negotiation of debt issuances under both conventional and Islamic structures including the renewal of syndicated revolver facilities and bi-lateral credit facilities.
- Devise hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate risk associated with long-term debt issuances.
- Work closely with legal and investor relations teams in the capital markets due diligence process including capital markets related documentation, preparation of information memorandum and investor presentations.
- Assist in the formulation and the implementation of financing strategies, policies and procedures to ensure group-level financial flexibility.
- Represent Saudi Aramco, as assigned, on joint venture financing projects and regular or adhoc committees or task forces pertaining to financing matters.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate funding role or experience leading a debt capital markets origination/structuring/syndication team.
- A Financial certification such as a CPA, CMA, CTP, or a CFA is a definite advantage.
- Extensive experience in in maintaining and developing relationships with banks, investors and rating agencies
- Extensive experience across debt market products, including vanilla, securitization, hybrid instruments and liability management exercises.
- Solid understanding of international credit and rates markets dynamics. Excellent communication skills are required to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
