The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans that align with the company's goals. This role is not only about filling positions but also about building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate TA Team to drive end-to-end recruitment, with a special focus on local / overseas hiring and visa processing in coordination with Saudi embassies and international recruitment partners.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  2. Support workforce and manpower planning in alignment with business needs across corporate and business units.
  3. Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, headhunting, and recruitment agencies.
  4. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  5. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  6. Manage C-level and senior leadership recruitment requirements when needed.
  7. Lead offer negotiations, prepare offer letters and employment contracts, and ensure smooth candidate communication.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reflecting candidates’ progress at each stage of the hiring cycle.
  9. Track and report recruitment KPIs and metrics, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  10. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  11. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

Oversee end-to-end overseas recruitment process, including:

  • Coordinating with international recruitment agencies.
  • Preparing visa authorization letters, employment contracts, and e-Wakala for Saudi embassy submissions.
  • Ensuring compliance with Saudi embassy requirements for work visa endorsements.
  • Supporting candidates through the visa and relocation process until onboarding.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field minimum.
  4. 5–7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in large organizations or holding companies.
  5. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa processes, and Saudi embassy requirements for work visa endorsements.
  6. Hands-on experience with overseas recruitment, particularly from Asian and MENA countries.
  7. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruitment platforms (e.g., Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn).
  8. Strong headhunting and direct sourcing abilities for mid to senior-level roles.
  9. Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  10. . Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  11. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  12. Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
