Solide maîtrise du marketing produit, de la gestion de campagnes, et des outils (CRM, automation, analytics)
Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais
Sens du travail en équipe, rigueur, autonomie et orientation résultats
Une expérience dans l’un des domaines suivants est un plus : CRM, IA, cybersécurité, market intelligence, secteur juridique ou financier

The Role
Associate Field Marketing Specialist for NORAM will support the execution of regional events and digital lead generation programs that create interest with and engage customers and prospects to increase pipeline and drive software usage. This role will champion programs and campaigns specifically designed to support our business in region. This role interacts with all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors.
Your Impact
- Support the successful execution of regional integrated marketing campaigns, designed for market verticals or solution segments, in accordance with agreed objectives, positioning and messaging
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Programs and others to understand strategy for each campaign and actively guide regionalization of campaign development
- Keep regional sales teams apprised of evolving marketing strategies and plans, and proactively drive alignment through regional and corporate organizations
- Work with cross-functional teams to project manage all elements of regional programs including customer-facing events and digital marketing activities
- Leads creation and concepts for new regional program pilots with appropriate Product Marketing and Marketing Communications teams.
- Support regional events from the concept to delivery, overseeing all aspects including logistics, agenda building, marketing and on-site event management
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Communications to manage and execute communications for customer-facing programs/events
- Responsible for on-time, on-budget execution of projects, developing, tracking and managing project plans and budgets
- Ensure that branding and messaging in marketing materials is clear, consistent and optimized across region specific channels to align with strategic objectives of AspenTech
- Works with cross-functional teams to develop program/event surveys and rolls up feedback for use in planning future programs/events

What You'll Need

How you will contribute: This role reports to the Senior Director, International Field and Partner Marketing, but has a strong dotted line into the sales leadership team.The Senior Marketing Manager, (an Individual Contributor) Middle East, is a critical role which functions as a tightly aligned strategic member of the Ciena field and partner sales team. The role has responsibility for developing and executing the regional strategic marketing plan to drive brand awareness and support revenue growth within the region. This person will work closely with the sales team, partners, and other stakeholders to achieve regional business objectives.This person has direct responsibility for the creation and execution of the marketing plan, which includes but is not limited to, developing regional programs and campaigns, supporting industry and Ciena hosted events, and engaging with our regional resellers and Carrier Managed Service partners to develop joint go to market programs. All with a close eye on ensuring strong ROI and supporting sales in achieving their strategic goals. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the ME region, aligned with Ciena's global marketing strategy and regional business goals.
- Conduct market analysis, identify key target audiences, and understand the competitive landscape within the ME region.
- Develop and manage the regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing program effectiveness.
- Identify and prioritize key strategic accounts within the ME region.
- Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns to drive engagement and revenue within these accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to personalize messaging and tailor marketing activities to individual account needs.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with key partners and resellers in the ME region.
- Provide marketing support, training, and resources to partners to enable them to effectively promote Ciena solutions.
- Manage partner marketing programs and ensure alignment with Ciena's brand and messaging.
- Maximise ROI and MDF investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications, datacenter, and networking landscape in the Middle East.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing programs in the ME region.
- Proven experience in channel marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven activities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in highly collaborative, multi-divisional marketing structures.
