Job Description
- Meets with and reports to the Director of Event Planning about assigned functions within the Event Planning program.
- Oversees the work of assigned staff, consultants, contractors, operators and other associated service providers within the MDO community outreach program. Provides guidance and direction on projects and assignments as necessary to ensure their successful completion.
- Coordinates community engagement activities within Qiddiya in conjunction with public asset and service needs to ensure successful messaging and information sharing with the community. May include development and execution of public messaging campaigns; creation and distribution of press releases, flyers, and other communication tools; oversight of the MDO social media and website platforms; and other related means of public information sharing.

- Coordinates assigned projects and activities with pertinent external groups, such as regulatory agencies, stakeholders, utility providers, customers, and the like, as necessary.

The Marketing Field Specialist for( Saudi Arabia ) is responsible for executing localized marketing strategies that support Trend Micro’s business growth in the region. This role collaborates closely with the Saudi Country Director and regional marketing teams to drive pipeline, brand awareness, and customer engagement through integrated campaigns, strategic events, and tailored marketing programs. A key element of the role involves supporting Arabic communications and strategic account initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and localize integrated marketing campaigns that support key business priorities in Saudi Arabia.
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through a mix of field events, webinars, digital programs, and targeted ABM activities.
- Work closely with the Saudi Country Director, sales teams, and global/regional marketing teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business goals.
- Support ABM efforts for strategic accounts in the region, including co-branded activities, executive engagement, and tailored content development.
- Deliver impactful events that resonate with local market dynamics, including industry exhibitions, C-level briefings, and workshops.
- Support the development and review of Arabic-language marketing materials and press releases to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Liaise with local PR agencies to coordinate press coverage, thought leadership placements, and brand positioning activities in Arabic and English.

EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity or technology sectors
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and business culture
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with integrated campaign management and event execution
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
