Serco is currently bidding for a new master planned development project in Riyadh and we are looking for a CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) Administrator who will provide cohesive CAFM administration service that promotes the timely delivery of operations and administrative support to the site management team.
Key accountabilities
Coordinate the custody of CAFM information and records but limited to the following: Vendor contracts and correspondence Manages and maintains vendor files and ensures that all information on contract files is kept up to date including original contracts and guarantees.
Assist in capturing all information promptly and accurately relating to vendor agreements, payment requests, purchase orders, etc.
Coordinate the filing and record keeping requirements.
Coordinate issue of Client and Management reports as requested.
Good communication skills
Ability to work without supervision
Delivery focused individual with the ability to work in a self-sufficient manner
Able to build strong working relationships
Customer focused with a drive to deliver exceptional customer service
Specific requirements
Ideally a degree holder of IT related qualification or equivalent.
1 year Maximo CAFM experience is required.
Minimum 2 years experience in facility management.
Basic understanding of SQL and infrastructure is a plus
Scripting experience and i nfrastructure knowledge is ideal.
Six Sigma certification is a preference (Yellow Belt/Green Belt/Black Belt)

The Design Management Director in The LINE Design team will lead and manage the design of different assets related to The LINE. The Director of Design will lead a design team with respective plans, schedules, and will organize and coordinate the design work is executed on projects of all scales. The Design Management Director for THE LINE Design team will oversee the creation of neighborhood master plans and architectural designs for THE LINE. This role involves leading a team of Design Consultants, ensuring that the technical aspects of the design work is executed according to Design Briefs and Requirements, Development Control Regulations and KPIs, and in compliance with the NEOM THE LINE Plan of Work procedures. The Design Management Director will be responsible for the management of a module, comprised of eight neighborhoods, and encompassing approximately 4,000,000 m² of assets.
Time will be allocated 80% on Neighborhoods designs, and 20% on NEOM Business responsibilities.
Requirements
- Delivery of design through the NEOM Plan of Works and THE LINE specific plans and procedures
- Collaboration with THE LINE Development and THE LINE Projects Neighborhood teams, to ensure integrated delivery.
- Collaboration with the Creative Design Director and the Neighborhood Design Directors, to ensure consistency across various Neighborhood and project scales.
- Ensure compliance with the Development Brief and Budget, and conformance to Development Control Regulations, Guidelines, and Design KPIs
- Manage technical quality of Neighborhoods design, and implementation of the Vision for The LINE
- Support delivery of contractual obligations, scope, schedule, budget.

Here's what you'll need
Experience
- 20+ years of post-graduate outstanding architectural design and management experience
- Proven related experience in an Architectural Practice, including management of international design consultants across sectors and typologies
- Experience working in signature architecture design studios
- Design experience in various architectural types residential, mix use, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.
- Experience and extensive knowledge on design and construction materials and their application
- Design experience of public realm design and application
- Extensive project experience with emphasis on large projects and programs
- Experience in Middle East is appreciated
- B.Arch or B.Sc. in Architecture from a recognized university
- Postgraduate in Architecture or Urban Design
- International accreditation (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent)

Act as the day-to-day operational manager for a design management team of up to 12 people or other design management resource deployed to projects.
Leading the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.

Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and theater consultants, you will ensures that the theater spaces meet the highest standards of functionality, acoustics, sightlines, and audience experience. Responsibilities include reviewing and refining theater design concepts, including the Stages, specifying appropriate theatrical equipment and systems, and overseeing the integration of theatrical elements into the overall architectural and engineering plans.
Having experience on the operation of an Opera Hall, you will focus on meticulously reviewing design drawings and supervising the construction of the theater spaces, ensuring they meet performance and design criteria as per the Designer’s design and intent. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and artistic visions. You will lead and manage a big team of Theatre experts of all disciplines, and you will make sure about the integration and the accurate implementation of the various design drawings.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Act as a liaison between the client, design team, and construction team, facilitating communication and fostering a collaborative working environment.

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 20 years’ experience in design and construction management.
- Previous Experience with Design Management in Theaters, Opera houses or similar structures is an asset.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in various design management software.
