Job Summary : Drive the successful delivery related to KSA market. Role Overview:

The BSA assists in the gathering and analysis of information for developing and modifying IT systems. Assists in determining data and system requirements and the development of system specifications. Prepares diagrams and systems flow charts to describe existing and proposed application. Creates and maintains system documentation in collaboration with architects and team members.

The BA will work closely with the Product Management, Product Owners, Agile team and other subject matter experts to support the refinement of the backlog, working first as a consultant and ending as a mentor, increasing shared understanding of systems across the agile team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Provide detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and assist the Product Owners with user stories documentation on Jira to guide development teams and ensure business needs are met.

  • Support development teams with project clarifications and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to clarify requirements and support business testing efforts.

  • Act as the Business Analyst for mega client onboarding changes, regulatory changes, and member addition/policy upload projects.

  • Serve as link between business and development teams for pre auth, claims, customer care, and regulatory projects.

  • Work with external project teams, including service providers (e.g., ELM, MASDR) and regulators (e.g., CHI, InsuranceAuthority), to deliver high quality BRDs.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and align business processes with client needs.

  • Experience with regulatory changes on regulated systems and services (e.g., Nphies, Najim, CHI upload, TAHAQAQ, Yakeen) – Preferable

  • Expedite bug fixes during business testing by coordinating with development teams and reporting on critical issues.

  • Business Process Flows: Expertise in designing clear and detailed business process flows to optimize operations, enhance system functionality, and guide cross functional teams.

  • Technical Proficiency: knowledge in project management tools and agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban and Confluence

  • Ensure all assigned projects are updated promptly and accurately in the internal project management

  • Share regular status reports with IT management stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.

  • Report business feedback to internal teams and propose actionable improvements to enhance project outcomes.

  • Support new joiners by providing guidance on systems, processes, and business analysis activities.

  • Ensure assigned projects are delivered within agreed timelines of the agile delivery team and meets the enterprise quality standards.

Qualifications:
