What You'll Do:
Handle communications and negotiations with inbound clients and engage in outbound activities to generate new leads and opportunities
Manage all leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to understand their needs and present them with tailored proposals to support the expansion and growth of their companies in Saudi Arabia
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, educating them on the requirements they need to fulfill to be compliant with Saudi laws and regulations
Assess and prepare all required documentation and ensure a seamless transition for the client from the sales process to the account management.
Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated, ensuring all client data is accurately captured, tracked, and updated regularly
Up-sell to deliver added value to the client and cross-sell to promote products and services from other AstroLabs business units
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reflecting potential sales and client commitments. Prepare and present regular sales reports
Continuously liaise with the marketing team, offering insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies and collateral
Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals
Attend networking events to promote our services
Achieve the minimum of post setup services sales per month
Oversee cash collection for the initial invoice, ensuring timely payment from clients.
Regularly review the sales process, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
Stay updated with the latest trends in the industry and sales methodologies
Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to continuously enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
Your Technical Skills:
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English, crucial for forging strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
You have the ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including industry and market trends, potential customers, partnerships, additional products and services, etc.
You have passion and proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets; results-oriented
You have the abilityto manage clients independently
You have strong analytical, forecasting and organizational skills in owning projects from start to finish.
