- Apply foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or working with LLMs) to support data analysis and automation tasks.
- Develop and present data visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights effectively.

- 7-9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (such as Prince2, Agile, etc.) is considered desirable.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Copilot.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to drive automation, enhance productivity, and deliver actionable insights across business units.
- Experience designing and optimizing workflows using Power Platform and integrating AI capabilities to support business intelligence and reporting.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in data analysis and digital tool adoption.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting change management initiatives to drive adoption of digital tools and AI technologies across diverse stakeholder groups.
