**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related work experience),
+ 15+ years of experience in field construction is required.
+ Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred.
**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:**
+ Previous experience on large-scale excavation project is a must-have (loading AND removing)
+ Requires extensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry practices.
+ Demonstrated effective managerial capability is also required, as well as strong written and oral communications skills.

• Conducting site inspections and ensuring work quality complies with project requirements and industry standards.
• Monitoring progress, tracking materials, and reporting on project milestones.
• Verifying installations, testing systems, and reviewing as-built documentation.
• Supporting the project team in planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Identifying potential risks, delays, or issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Preparing technical reports and contributing to project documentation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
• Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 4 6 years of experience in infrastructure projects within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, site supervision, and relevant industry codes and standards.
• Experience in handling utilities, roads, bridges, pumping stations, substations, or related infrastructure works.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, health and safety procedures, and construction documentation.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and review technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Capability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple project components simultaneously.
