The Building Operations & Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management and operation of a commercial tower. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the building’s operational processes, ensuring a safe and organized environment that meets tenant and client needs.
  • Manage specialized teams, including security, maintenance, and reception, assigning tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement periodic maintenance plans and operational strategies to maintain the efficiency of all facilities and services.
  • Monitor and organize customer operational requests such as maintenance and entry permits, ensuring their timely and efficient execution.
  • Supervise contracts related to operational and maintenance services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual terms.
  • Develop emergency plans and safety procedures to meet standards and reduce operational risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing and operating commercial buildings.
  • Experience in managing operations, maintenance, security, and reception teams.
  • Experience in vendor, supplier, and contractor management to ensure service quality.
  • Knowledge of budget preparation and expense management to optimize operational costs.
  • Ability to prepare operational and financial reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and smart facility technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Knowledge of occupational safety, security systems, and emergency planning.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to sustain operational performance.
  • Strong leadership skills in team management, task allocation, and achieving operational goals.
  • Strategic planning and continuous improvement skills to optimize building operations.

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Visitor Operations Management to lead and oversee all aspects of visitor services and operations for a large-scale park facility.     Technology & Innovation:
