SEA is looking for a dynamic Infrastructure Design Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia!

In this role, you will coordinate and support the Development of AlUla's County's District Infrastructure.

  • Support the Procurement process and onboarding of Design/Construction teams.
  • Monitor and manage Risk to maintain the project schedule.
  • Manage change and ensure that budgets are carefully managed.
  • Produce progress reports and program/scope related presentations.
  • Bring best in class Project Controls Management.

HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:

**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Telecommunication Infrastructure Engineer** to join our team!
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ **Lead the design and engineering of robust telecommunications infrastructure** for large-scale projects, including fiber optic networks, cabling systems, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and public address systems.
+ **Develop detailed engineering design packages,** including schematics, plans, cable routing diagrams, equipment specifications, and bills of materials.
+ **Serve as the primary technical lead,** guiding junior engineers and designers while ensuring the technical accuracy and quality of all project deliverables.
+ **Manage the full project** for the telecom scope, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to design, and construction support.
+ **Coordinate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders,** including architects, civil and electrical engineers, clients, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration of telecom systems.
+ **Ensure all designs comply with national and local codes,** industry standards (e.g., BICSI, TIA/EIA), and project-specific requirements.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Extensive experience in designing telecommunications infrastructure
+ Deep technical knowledge of **fiber optic network design,** including link loss calculations, splicing, and termination.
+ Proven expertise in designing and specifying **voice, data, video, and security systems** (LAN, WAN, CCTV, access control).
+ Proficiency with **computer-aided design (CAD) software,** such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D, for creating detailed layouts and schematics.
+ Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices from organizations like **BICSI and the TIA/EIA.**
+ Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead a design team and manage multiple projects concurrently.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ **BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer)** certification is highly preferred.
+ Previous experience working on **large-scale infrastructure projects,** such as smart cities, airports, or rail systems.
+ Familiarity with network design tools and simulation software.
+ Familiar with local Saudi ICT codes and standards.

As a Senior Bridge Engineer at WSP in Riyadh, you will lead the design, analysis, and delivery of bridge projects, playing a key role in shaping the infrastructure landscape of the region. Leveraging your extensive experience in structural engineering and bridge design, you will oversee the technical aspects of bridge projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, specifications, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Bridge Design and Analysis: Lead the design and analysis of bridge structures, including reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, steel, and composite bridges, using state-of-the-art engineering software and methodologies.
  • Structural Engineering: Provide technical expertise in structural engineering principles, including statics, dynamics, mechanics of materials, and finite element analysis, to optimize bridge design solutions and ensure structural integrity.
  • Conceptual and Detailed Design: Develop conceptual and detailed designs for bridge projects, considering factors such as geometric layout, loading conditions, foundation design, seismic considerations, and constructability.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant international codes, standards, and guidelines governing bridge design and construction, including AASHTO, Eurocodes, and local regulations.
  • Value Engineering: Collaborate with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities and innovative solutions to optimize bridge designs, reduce costs, and enhance project efficiency.
  • Technical Review: Conduct technical reviews of bridge design calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports prepared by internal teams or external consultants to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Construction Support: Provide technical support during construction phases of bridge projects, including responding to requests for information (RFIs), reviewing shop drawings, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical issues as they arise.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with bridge design and construction, and develop mitigation strategies to address these risks proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in bridge engineering roles, with a focus on design and analysis of bridge structures.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification in structural engineering.
  • Extensive experience in the design and construction of bridges for road, highway, and tunnel projects.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, MIDAS Civil, LUSAS) and design software (e.g., CSiBridge, STAAD.Pro).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to bridge construction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
