Execute Bupa brand Marketing strategy and positioning, supporting how the brand is perceived while building awareness and brand imagery.

Key Accountabilities:

1- Execute brand Strategies & Campaigns:

  • Execute the full year initiative master plan.
  • Execute the brand campaigns and communication across various channels driving awareness on Bupa Value Proposition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Execute the campaign launch strategy with Marketing Communication, activation and media buying teams.

3- Execute Brand Guidelines:

  • Execute brand guidelines across all assets and communications
  • Deploy Bupa offices at hospitals and clients premises following our brand guideline.
  • Understand the Global Brand Guidelines and best practice
  • Review and evaluate all agency work to ensure compliance with the brand guidelines. Communicate with the agency as needed.

  • Manage external agencies and vendors in development and execution of campaigns
  • Continuously track allocated budget and ensure budget utilization (without over or under spending)
Skills

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in product marketing or GTM roles (SaaS or AI preferred).
  • Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption.
  • Experience owning GTM budget planning, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
  • Strong skills in positioning, storytelling, and GTM execution.
  • Experience with sales enablement and cross-functional launches.
  • Familiarity with product communication tools (Intercom) and analytics tools (Heap).
  • Market research/competitive analysis chops to inform GTM.
  • Bias for action: you don’t wait for perfect conditions to move.

Our product marketing team is growing. Today, one PMM supports 6–7 product managers, a heroic effort, but not sustainable. To scale effectively, launch game-changing products, and operate truly cross-functionally, we're bringing on another Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product launches. This role is critical: you'll shape how new products, especially Agentic AI, enter the market, gain adoption, and create measurable business impact.

The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX. You'll own launches end-to-end, translating technical features into compelling stories that drive adoption and revenue. From positioning to sales enablement to post-launch analysis, you'll ensure our innovations make a splash, and stick. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments and loves building from scratch.

What You'll Do
  • Lead GTM Strategy & Execution — Own launches from strategy to campaign rollout, ensuring they hit the market with clarity and impact
  • Craft Positioning & Messaging — Translate complex AI capabilities into narratives that resonate with buyers
  • Enable Sales & Success — Build training, playbooks, and battlecards so teams can pitch with confidence
  • Drive Adoption — Partner with Product, Marketing, and CX to create programs that increase feature and product uptake
  • Shape the Roadmap — Bring market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis into product planning
  • Own Budgets & ROI — Plan, forecast, and track GTM investments to maximize efficiency and business outcomes
  • Champion Market Insights — Continuously research trends, competitors, and customer needs to keep Lucidya one step ahead
Your Day-to-Day
  • Align with Product on roadmap priorities and upcoming launches
  • Draft launch briefs and positioning docs for cross-functional teams
  • Test and refine messaging with Marketing for campaigns, lifecycle flows, and web
  • Train Sales and CX on feature benefits and use cases
  • Track adoption metrics and adjust strategy post-launch
  • Share competitor and market updates with stakeholders

Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years in product marketing or GTM roles (SaaS or AI strongly preferred)
  • Track Record: Proven success launching products and driving adoption
  • Skills: Positioning, storytelling, GTM execution, and sales enablement
  • Tools: Experience with in-app communication tools (e.g., Intercom, UserPilot) and analytics (Heap, Mixpanel)
  • Mindset: Bias for action — you move fast, learn fast, and adapt fast
  • Languages: Arabic fluency required; strong English skills to leverage global AI resources
  • Location: On-site in KSA preferred, though remote from Egypt, UAE, Qatar, or Jordan is possible
