Design Manager
with a strong track record in coordinating architecture, structural, and MEP design packages to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the design process from pre-concept to IFC stage.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal departments to align design objectives.
• Review and approve design deliverables ensuring compliance with project standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years' experience, preferably with major contracting firms in Egypt, KSA or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and international codes.
• Proven ability to lead design coordination and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking
Junior Architects
with years of experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about design coordination, technical excellence, and contributing to high-impact construction projects.

You will be responsible for supporting the execution of construction activities from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications, and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination & Documentation

• Review tender and IFC models including 2D drawings, BIM models, and asset data in accordance with ISO19650 standards.
• Resolve design conflicts through RFIs, CVIs, and collaborative workshops.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design inputs to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
• Assist the Design Coordinator in managing subcontractor scope and technical reviews.

Technical Oversight

• Prepare and track RFIs and CVIs to ensure design clarity and contract compliance.
• Review subcontractor and workshop drawings for alignment with specifications.
• Monitor drawing delivery schedules and ensure timely submissions.
• Liaise with the Planning Department to align design deliverables with project timelines.
• Support the Temporary Works Coordinator to ensure structural safety in temporary works.

As-Built & Close-Out Support

• Manage redline/as-built processes and coordinate updates with modelers.
• Collaborate with the document control team to ensure accurate submission and publishing of final documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Saudi (mandatory for nationalization purposes).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a contractor's design office or similar architectural role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and collaboration tools such as Revizto or Navisworks.
• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Manager who comes from an architectural background with at least 15+ years of experience within large complex design/architecture projects, preferably on heritage/cultural programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must come from an Architectural background, working across multiple disciplines to ensure all designs are delivered on time and within budget.
• Experience working with the client to understand their design brief while coordinating with external consultants.
• Must have worked for client-side or international PM/CM consultants.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and have full project lifecycle experience.
• Will be reporting to the Design Director & Project Director of the programme.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture is mandatory.

A leading engineering consultancy firm in Khobar is seeking to recruit qualified Architectural engineer for the following positions (Arabic Speakers preferred):

• Architectural Engineer:
• 7 to 9 years of experience in design and project supervision.
• Candidates must be available for immediate hiring
• Available in Khobar or Dammam
• Have owned car
• SCE Registered and Iqama must be Architectural Engineer with professional classification
