Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across all project phases.

The key responsibility of the
BIM Manager
role is to manage, coordinate, establish, and implement BIM across the projects. The BIM Manager is required to possess strong knowledge of BIM procedures, ISO19650 standards, BIM software, and technical skills to manage BIM models, contractual documents, quality checking and control, and information uses of the models.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the adoption of BIM processes and procedures aligned with ISO19650, support chain assessment, BIM kick-off meetings, work process maps, and compliance of Appointed Parties' BIM documents and other digital deliverables following Appointing Party requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and primary contact to clients on all technical modeling matters.
- Manage the BIM deliverables produced by different Design Teams and ensure that information uses in the models are implemented as per EIR and BEP.
- Lead the development of a Pre/Post Contract BIM Execution Plan(s), and EIR's Appendices
- Coordinate with the Design Teams on the model production and ensure BIM deliverables in accordance with the agreed Level of Information Need (LOIN), TIDP, MIDP, BEP and CDE protocol.
- Responsible for project-wide BIM Quality Assurance/Quality Control monitoring
- Guide Design Teams in implementing the library of objects with embedded content that provides the LOIN based on the phase and Appointing Party requirements.
Skills And Competencies
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Civil/Architecture/Engineering (Preferably Master degree)
- Minimum 12 years' experience in Design from an Civil/Architecture/ Engineering discipline background
- Minimum 8 years' experience in BIM Implementation on Major Projects or Program
- Minimum 4 years regional - GCC experience
- Expert knowledge of core BIM software packages/workflows.
- Ability to perform in an operational-lead capacity for model development and production management. Supervises modelling plan production, details, and advanced modelling software. Reviews output, production capacity, capability assessments, checklists/reports and applies and designs advanced modelling principles.
- Expert management and communication skills. Develops the baseline schedule for teams at the start of each task, tracks team progress of task assignments, coordinates staffing plans,

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
BIM Manager/Coordinator
with strong expertise in
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
to lead the coordination and digital delivery of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing BIM processes, supporting project teams in model coordination, and ensuring effective implementation of ACC across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup, configuration, and administration of
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
, including BIM Collaborate Pro, Docs, Build, and Takeoff. - Coordinate and implement
BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
in alignment with client and project requirements. - Manage model coordination using
Navisworks
or ACC Model Coordination, including regular clash detection. - Maintain federated models and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards.
- Provide training and technical support to project teams and external stakeholders on
ACC workflows
and BIM protocols. - Oversee
file sharing, permissions, version control, folder structures, and naming conventions
in ACC. - Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, contractors, and client representatives on BIM requirements.
- Develop, enforce, and maintain
BIM standards, templates, and project protocols
. - Monitor and report on
BIM progress, data quality, and compliance
throughout the project lifecycle. - Participate in design review and coordination meetings, providing model-based insights and visualizations.
- Integrate
4D (time)
and
5D (cost)
BIM models as required for project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management
, or a related field. - 3–7 years of experience in
BIM coordination
, including at least 1–2 years with
Autodesk Construction Cloud
. - Proficiency in
Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and ACC platforms
. - Familiarity with
ISO 19650 standards
and other BIM frameworks. - Experience in
clash detection, model auditing, and project data management
. - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with
Dynamo, Power BI, or scripting tools
for BIM automation and reporting. - Knowledge of
4D/5D simulation tools
such as Synchro, Vico, or CostX. - Previous experience working with
contractors or real estate developers
. - Autodesk certifications
or
VDC training
are advantageous.
