We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Bar Manager** to lead the bar operations at InterContinental Red Sea Resort. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and guest experience standards. The ideal candidate brings creativity, consistency, and exceptional team leadership to deliver world-class bar service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee daily bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and service standards.
+ Develop and implement innovative beverage menus that reflect our brand identity.
+ Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control procedures in compliance with IHG standards.
+ Train and mentor bar staff to uphold excellent product knowledge and service delivery.
+ Collaborate with F&B management to plan promotions, activations, and guest experiences.

**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Restaurant Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
- Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
- Fluent in English.
