We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Bar Manager** to lead the bar operations at InterContinental Red Sea Resort. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and guest experience standards. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee daily bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and service standards.
+ Develop and implement innovative beverage menus that reflect our brand identity.

  • Coordinate local marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Increase brand visibility through social media and local community engagement.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
  • Maintain franchise quality standards and support audit readiness.

Franchise Coordination

  • Act as the main liaison between the local branch and the franchisor.
  • Implement training programs, operational procedures, and brand policies as directed.
  • Represent and uphold the brand's image and standards in the local market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience in restaurant management
    , preferably within franchise or international concepts.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Understanding of
    Saudi hospitality regulations
    and
    Baladiya compliance
    .
  • Fluent in
    Arabic and English
    (spoken and written).
