Responsibilities
- Performs unit level aircraft electrical, navigational and avionics repairman maintenance on aircraft avionics and avionics electrical components.
- Performs maintenance on the electrical/avionics associated with the aircraft using the specific aircraft Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Aircraft Check List Manual, and any customer or specific directives.
- Diagnoses and repairs aircraft systems and components malfunctions including solid state and transistorized devices according to the appropriate technical manuals, directives and safety procedures.
- Uses common measuring tools necessary for performing the tasks described herein, precision measuring tools and alignment fixtures.
- Performs aircraft systems operational checks. Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs aircraft avionics systems test sets and diagnostic equipment.
- Assists customer in the requisition and maintenance of shop and bench stock items for repair of aircraft avionics systems, avionics instruments.
- Uses and performs operator maintenance on common and special tools, AGSE and PGSE.
- Ensures that aircraft electrical maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
- Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform OR rates.
- Establishes daily aircraft electrical maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated OR rates
- Oversees the daily aircraft electrical maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Maintenance Lead, in conjunction with Aviation Logistics for CH-47 parts and spares.
- Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
- Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation electrical maintenance of the aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the Maintenance Lead.
- Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Maintenance Lead.
- In coordination with the PC and Maintenance Lead, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
- Enters data, reviews, and updates aircraft maintenance forms and records.
- Provides On-the-Job Training (OJT), coaching, and mentoring to RSLFAC personnel in all aspects of aircraft avionics tasks as necessary.
- Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.
- Other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Lead.
- Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities within the parameters of his Lead's direction.
Qualifications
- Six (6) years' experience as an aircraft avionics technician.
- Successfully completed and be qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government armed forces Avionics Technician course or civilian equivalent training.
- Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms or similar aviation maintenance management system, and other aircraft related documentation.
- Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
- Possess a valid state or Government issued driver's license.
- Successfully pass an overseas deployment physically upon hire.
- Must be a US Citizen.

Your responsibility will be to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections of our Boeing 787 fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additionally, typical duties include carrying out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft, engine, component maintenance and repairs compliant to the approved manufacturers documentation whilst observing all company safety procedures.
With a natural ability to lead in a time-critical environment, you will supervise teams undertaking Line Maintenance to optimise aircraft downtime. Key to this role is the inspection and certification of scheduled maintenance tasks, defect rectification, modifications, and functional tests on Airframe, Engine and Electrical systems.
Your days will be spent troubleshooting to keep our aircraft's brains (avionics systems) in tip-top shape.
About You
A minimum Diploma/Certificate qualification and you will possess at least 8 years in Line Maintenance. Importantly, your maintenance experience includes the last 2 years certifying Boeing 787.
Boeing 787 Type Rating Level 3. You are also required to possess a valid GACA / EASA or other CAA B2 AV Aircraft Maintenance License.
The following mandatory documents are required and must be uploaded as part of your application:
- Valid GACA / EASA or other CAA valid B2 AV Aircraft Maintenance License
- Boeing 787 Aircraft Type training Level III original (practical and theoretical)
- Last five (5) years aircraft maintenance experience records (logbook) stamped and signed by MRO/Operator Quality Assurance department.

Responsibilities- Removes, aligns, installs, harmonizes, bore-sights and conducts check outs of line replaceable units of integrated avionic instrument and flight control system.
- Inspect integrated avionic instrument and flight control systems.
- Knowledge of theory of operation of electric and mechanical principles.
- Knowledgeable about the theory and the application of instrument systems, flight data recorder systems, automatic flight controls, navigation.
- Positions available at various locations in Kingdom
- Home Leave Ticket Stipend paid monthly with base salary.
- Positions at various locations throughout the Kingdom.
- Shared Accommodations in a secure compound.
- Transportation to and from work provided by the company.
