MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified Aviation Safety Manager to support a large-scale Rotary Wing Aviation Training Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Duties include, but not limited to**:
The Aviation Safety Manager is responsible for the following safety accountabilities:

- Develops and monitors the program’s safety policy and procedures to include conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
- Implements management systems that will establish and maintain safe work practices
- Collects safety data and conducts assessment of the safety program
- Serves as Chair of the School of Aviation Safety Committee
- Conducts necessary safety training
- Develops and delivers a safety newsletter
- Coordinates with the Corporate SMS Manager, USG and Host Nation to align the program safety policy and procedures with all binding policies, standards, and/or local regulations.
- Process safety reports.
- Performs risk analyses and risk assessments during safety investigations and during the safety risk management process.
- Assists operational department(s) in working through the safety risk management process.
- Performs data analysis using data from various Safety Assurance programs to measure and report on the effectiveness of risk controls.
- Completes safety data requests as requested.
- Develops and maintains content for the periodic safety data review process.
- Develops and maintains an internal aviation hazard and incident reporting system, lead investigations of internal aviation incidents, and initiate corrective action(s) as necessary.
- Monitors and evaluates the results of corrective actions; ensure that the feedback loop and control measures are in place and working efficiently.
- Performs duties as an active member of the Emergency Response team when requested.
- Reviews current best practices from the US DOD, FAA and industry sources for practices applicable to Flight Crew Operations, Aircraft Maintenance, and Air Traffic Control
- Other duties/projects as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**

**Experience**:

- 10 years total experience
- Five (5) Years rated Pilot experience as an aviation system safety manager.
- Two (2) Years as Instructor Pilot in the MD-530, AH-6I, AH-64E and/or UH-60M.
- Minimum 1000 hours in category and 150 hours minimum of hood, weather and simulator time combined.

**Education**:

- FAA Commercial Pilot or US Military Pilot rating and the appropriate category endorsements.
- Graduate of a Military Aviation Safety program (preferably the Army Aviation Safety Course)

**Clearance**:

Job Summary:
The **Aviation Safety Officer (Army Rotary Wing)** plans, implements, and coordinates safety and environmental programs in accordance with written regulations, procedures, and policies.
- Identify safety and environmental hazards, risks, and promote the reduction or elimination of potentially hazardous conditions that may lead to accidents, occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and safety-related financial losses.
- Coordinate all safety-related activities within the requirements of the safety program with respect to mission requirements and the U.S. Government directives to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Develop and maintain information technology work orders and confirm when work has been properly completed.
- Process Occupational Hazard Reports including investigating the hazard and ensuring mitigations are in place.
- When needed, perform duties as an active member of an aircraft accident board.
Perform other qualified duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

- BA/BS degree from an accredited College or University in an aviation related field or equivalent related work experience.
- Officer I Manager may be substituted for education requirements on a case by case basis.
- Graduate from a DOD Aviation Safety and Accident Investigation Course or college degree or certificate from an accredited College or University with a major in Aviation Safety.
- Five (5) or more years’ experience as an Aviation Safety Officer/Manager.
- FAA Commercial Pilots License -Instrument, with at least 1,500 hours of in aircraft flight. (UH60, AH64,OH58).
- Prior U.S. Military or DOD Aviation Safety Officer experience is required.
- Previous experience in conducting aircraft accident investigations is highly desirable.
- Experience dealing with safety and environmental laws, rules, and regulations is required.
- Extensive experience in risk management and mitigation.
- Prior experience as an instructor pilot, standardization pilot, and/or instrument flight examiner is desirable.
- DOD Aviation Safety qualification and at least one former position as an Aviation Safety Officer.
- US Citizen required
- Valid US Passport for International travel and required Visa.Preferred Qualifications:
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Expert knowledge in the technical field of aviation safety and accident prevention and experience in use of DOD, FAA, NTSB, or
- lCAO documentation is required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of OSHA and Environmental regulations is required.
- Knowledge of how to acquire Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and understand regulatory requirements is required.

**Physical Requirements/Working Environment**
- Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.

Description/Tasks:

- Support Jet Aviation in establishing a GACA approved flight operation under GACAR Part 125
- Take part in audits/inspections conducted by GACA or other authorities and represent the interests of Jet Aviation
- Take part in trainings at Jet Aviation in Zurich, Switzerland as required
- Establish and maintain liaison with the GACA and other regulatory agencies.
- Formulate policies and procedures necessary to maintain the highest level of safety in all flight and ground operations.
- Maintain familiarity and ensure compliance with the contents of the GOM, Operations Specifications, GACA regulations and other state and local regulations that may pertain to GACAR Part 125 operations.
- Ensure the safe and efficient conduct of GACAR Part 125 operations.
- Issue GACA bulletins and JASA operations bulletins necessary to further safety, security and/or efficient flight operations.
- Issue crew and staff bulletins to notify change in equipment and operating procedures, including each known change in the use of navigation aids, airports, air traffic control procedures and regulations, and local airport traffic control rules.
- Administer and supervise crew member training in accordance with GACAR Part 125.
- Ensure the maintenance of crew member training records in accordance with GACAR Part 125.

Establish an approved training program in accordance with GACAR Part 125, Subpart L
- Ensure scheduling of aircraft and crew members in accordance with GACAR Part 125 and the GOM.
- Establish a system to monitor crew member training requirements, airman and medical certification, currency requirements of GACAR Part 61 and GACAR Part 125, and the flight and duty limits of the GOM.
- Notify the GACA Safety office and GACA Aviation Standards of any aircraft accidents or incidents.
- Approve the employment of air carrier crew member personnel.

Assign duties and responsibilities and supervise the activities of the Chief Pilot and Chief IFS.

Qualification/Experience:

- The Director of Flight Operations shall:

- Hold or have held an airline transport pilot certificate (airplane);
- Have experience as PIC in an aircraft of a similar size or complexity as the aircraft used in JASA’s operation; and
- Have at least three (3) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a position that exercised operational control over any operations conducted under GACAR Part 121 or 125 or be in possession of a respective exemption from GACA.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Health & Safety Coordinator - Aprons (Saudi National) to join our team. Under the guidance of a safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) manager or director, the Senior Health & Safety Coordinator assists in ensuring that site-specific SH&E plans, workplaces, and operational tasks conform to Parsons' risk management practices and comply with regulatory and client SH&E requirements.

This role reports indirectly to a project Delivery Manager or Program Director and directly to the Parsons corporate SH&E group through a project HSE manager or program ESH Director. The incumbent must demonstrate strong interpersonal and technical skills, and familiarize themselves with client procedures and standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Assist the project or program manager with SH&E program administration.
  2. Audit projects and worksites against corporate standards.
  3. Inspect worksites for hazards; provide expertise to eliminate or control SH&E risks.
  4. Create and submit audit and inspection reports.
  5. Monitor work planning and performance for compliance with Parsons' ESHARP system.
  6. Implement injury and incident reporting processes.
  7. Perform trend analyses on audits, inspections, and incidents; prepare analysis reports.
  8. Assist with new hire orientation.
  9. Conduct SH&E training based on regulations and best practices.
  10. Maintain SH&E training records.
  11. Participate in routine safe work briefings.
  12. Perform other related responsibilities as needed.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety/Environmental Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field from a recognized university.
  2. At least 5 years of overall experience, including 2+ years in Health and Safety.
  3. Knowledge of Federal and State health and safety regulations and reporting procedures.
  4. Knowledge of safety standards like ANSI, NFPA.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to interact effectively in group settings with judgment and discretion.
