The Aircraft Mechanic will be responsible to ensure optimal service support for maintenance and flight line activities to achieve the excellent fleet availability with highest quality and safety standards. Undertake individually or as part of a team, the aircraft maintenance, repair and inspection tasks, troubleshooting, quality checks and the completion of documentation in accordance with Company and Customer procedures
Undertake individually or as part of a team, all daily preventive, corrective, servicing and routine maintenance works required to release the aircraft to fly
Perform all scheduled and unscheduled activities to be on time, on cost and on quality while maintaining all safety requirements
Conduct operational implementation on flight line (daily servicing, refueling, helicopter towing)
Check every time before to start any maintenance activity tools/GSE´s for condition and expiration date, and ensure their correct use
Check every time before starting any maintenance activity the components and parts for conditions (damages, leaks etc.) and that the applicability of the documentation is correct
Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerance, fuel and hydraulic leaks and corrosion damage
Interpret blueprints and technical publication
Determine repair procedures necessary to correct defective equipment
Solve maintenance problems and deficiencies of components such as rotor heads, landing gear, rotor blades, transmission including controls and rigging
Diagnose reoccurring malfunctions and recommend corrective action by initiation or material deficiency reports
Perform repair of components
Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis
Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
Verify that the aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and in accordance with applicable AHA Management System
Perform duties as assigned by the Site Manager, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely fashion and meets the delivery quality requirements of the AHA Management System
Conduct on-the-job training activity as required
Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals
Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

- Functions as the UH-60M Mechanic under the direction of the UH-60M Mechanic Lead. The UH-60M Mechanic will perform aircraft maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections in accordance with approved publications and directives. The UH-60M Mechanic will also provide technical direction and training to mentor Saudi Arabia National Guard (SANG) maintenance personnel when needed. Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted IAW safety regulations and directives.**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- A. Duties/responsibilities:
1. Performs UH-60M maintenance tasks and duties as required using approved technical directives and publication.- 2. Remove, inspect, troubleshoot and install aircraft components and subcomponents.- 3. Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, servicing and lubrication, and MOC/MTF support functions.- 4. Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, test equipment, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).- 5. Prepares, reviews, and updates aircraft maintenance forms and records.- 6. Uses common measuring tools, measuring gages, and alignment fixtures.- 7. Supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART), as directed.- 8. Ensures maintenance operations are conducted IAW safety regulations and directives.- 9. Provides On-the-Job Training (OJT), coaching, and mentoring to SANG personnel.- 10. **Minimum Qualifications**

Preferred: Must have graduated from a Saudi Arabia military aviation UH-60 maintenance course or civilian training equivalent and possess an A&P or equivalent.C. Experience:

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics systems, and landing gear.

- Possess the experience and ability to provide technical support to structural/mechanical engineers and customers alike
- Excellent organizational skills in prioritizing workload to meet aircraft delivery schedule.
- Basic computer data entry skills required for use of maintenance and logistics databases.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license is preferred
**Experience & Education**
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
