**Description**:
Position requires a skilled electrician with the ability to perform Planned Maintenance Interval Inspections (PMI), Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance on H-60 helicopters, which also includes troubleshooting, testing, inspections, repairs of engines, flight controls, fabrication of electrical systems and components. Extensive knowledge in wire, and connector repair is required. Position is in Jubail Saudi Arabia.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Current or previous experience performing H-60 helicopter electrical work to include but not limited to:
- Perform maintenance and repair of major assemblies, subassemblies, and wire and connector replacements on the H-60 aircraft and related systems.
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate corrective actions on electrical and utilities systems.
- Operate and maintain all applicable ground support equipment. Identify use, and maintain all common, special, and precision tools available for power plant maintenance and repair.
- Responsible for all maintenance documentations, applicable forms, records, and reports using appropriate references and other publications including the NAMP.
- Provide On-the-Job-Training (OJT) for Saudi technicians and other personnel to include maintaining appropriate training records to document training.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required**:
- 8 years current or previous experience performing complex helicopter electrical work to include but not limited to: inspections, testing, adjusting, aligning, assembly/disassembly, repair, replace, modification, troubleshooting, of aircraft electrical system, equipment, AC/DC power, flight controls, fire detection, power distribution, fuel, and utilities systems.
- Ability to correct discrepancies by removal, repair, or replacement of defective circuits, wires, connectors, control units, plugs, switches, circuit breakers, diodes, resistors, capacitors, relays, and other parts of aircraft electrical systems.
- Performs final functional checks on existing and newly installed aircraft electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and cables to check continuity, resistance, amperage and insulation breakdown with standard and specialized tools and equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical theory, principles, circuitry, circuit configuration, aircraft electrical systems and their interrelationships and a working knowledge of electronic principles.
- Must be able to trace signal paths through printed circuits, aircraft wiring to troubleshoot, modify, repair, overhaul, and maintain complex electrical systems on aircraft such as antiskid, automatic flight control, and fuel indicating systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, and technical directives.
- Must be able to pass a background check, and drug test. Also, may be required to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a dedicated and experienced Environmental Coordinator - Aviation to join our team! You will oversee environmental compliance and sustainability efforts for a major airfield infrastructure project.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in environmental management on large-scale infrastructure or aviation-related projects. This role demands a strong understanding of environmental regulations, impact assessments, monitoring procedures, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the project aligns with local and international environmental standards.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Ensure full compliance with environmental permits, legislation, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) , Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs), and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) .
- Conduct regular environmental site inspections, audits, and surveys to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate environmental reports, incident logs, and monitoring results to the client and regulatory bodies.
- Track and report key environmental performance indicators, including air quality, noise, water, waste, and biodiversity metrics.
- Maintain proper records of environmental inspections, mitigation actions, and non-compliance cases.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and project stakeholders to address environmental concerns.
- Support public consultation, environmental briefings, and awareness sessions for construction teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with health and safety, QA/QC, and construction teams to align environmental protection with operational activities.
- Identify potential environmental risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
- Support the preparation of emergency response plans for environmental incidents such as spills or hazardous waste events.
- Promote proactive environmental practices in line with sustainable construction goals.
- Provide guidance to junior environmental officers and site staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Lead environmental toolbox talks, training programs, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
What Required Skills You'll Bring;
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or specialized certifications in environmental management are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental coordination, with significant involvement in infrastructure or airport/airfield projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of national and international environmental standards and practices (e.g., IFC, ISO 14001, EPA, ICAO standards).
- Strong knowledge of environmental monitoring procedures, reporting protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with impact assessments, waste management plans, erosion control, and pollution prevention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed technical reports.
- Familiarity with GIS, environmental modeling tools, or monitoring equipment is an asset.
- Capable of working in dynamic site conditions and managing multiple environmental priorities simultaneously.
- Certification in ISO 14001 EMS, NEBOSH Environmental, or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with airport authorities or on aviation infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of LEED, Estidama, or other green building/sustainability frameworks.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide environmental compliance in multi-disciplinary teams.

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager - Aviation to join our team and oversee construction logistics operations across a complex airfield development program.
This role is focused exclusively on managing the flow of materials, equipment, personnel, and temporary works to support efficient, safe, and uninterrupted delivery of construction activities within airside zones.
The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of experience in construction logistics, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or aviation programs with strict security, phasing, and operational constraints.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Develop and implement detailed construction logistics plans covering site access, haul routes, laydown areas, material delivery schedules, and equipment movement across airside zones.
- Coordinate with project planners, engineers, and contractors to align logistics activities with construction phasing and milestone targets.
- Design and manage temporary infrastructure including site roads, logistics compounds, storage zones, and temporary utilities supporting construction.
- Manage and supervise daily site logistics operations, ensuring efficient flow of resources, timely delivery of materials, and compliance with project access and sequencing requirements.
- Liaise with construction teams, site supervisors, and security personnel to coordinate deliveries and vehicle movements in secure and restricted zones.
- Ensure the integrity of airside access protocols, including vehicle permits, escorts, and route control.
- Implement and monitor traffic management plans to control construction traffic within the airfield environment and maintain separation from live airside operations.
- Coordinate heavy equipment deliveries, offloading, and on-site mobilization with minimal disruption to ongoing works.
- Oversee fleet and plant logistics including fueling, maintenance zones, and parking/staging areas.
- Ensure all logistics activities adhere to HSE requirements, airport regulations, and airside safety protocols.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to vehicle movements, material handling, and temporary works.
- Promote safe working conditions and enforce compliance among subcontractors and third-party suppliers.
- Interface with airport authorities, contractors, project controls, and site teams to align logistics plans with overall construction strategy.
- Participate in logistics planning meetings, airside coordination groups, and daily briefings.
- Communicate clear and actionable information to logistics teams, drivers, and material suppliers.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment movements, access approvals, and logistics KPIs.
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting logistics performance, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans.
- Contribute to construction look-ahead planning by forecasting logistics requirements and constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction logistics, including at least 3 years on airfield or aviation infrastructure programs.
- Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations on large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.
- Deep understanding of site logistics planning, construction sequencing, and materials handling.
- Familiarity with airside regulations, security controls, and access procedures.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills in managing multi-contractor logistics operations.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, and logistics mapping software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Experience with airport construction logistics, especially in active or partially operational environments.
- Knowledge of ICAO, IATA, or FAA airside operational standards and construction constraints.
- Familiarity with GIS, GPS tracking, or logistics dashboards for real-time delivery monitoring.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., MCIPS, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Purpose:
To plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that promote the airport’s aviation-related services, attract new airlines, increase passenger and cargo traffic, and strengthen partnerships with key aviation stakeholders. The Aviation Marketing Manager plays a key role in enhancing the airport’s brand image in global and regional markets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new airlines, routes, and air cargo operators.
- Conduct market research and route analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Create marketing materials, business cases, and presentations for airline engagement.
- Manage promotional campaigns for new routes, seasonal operations, or terminal expansions.
- Collaborate with tourism boards, chambers of commerce, and government agencies to support destination marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline marketing and network planning teams.
- Represent the airport at global aviation and route development events.
- Monitor airline performance metrics and recommend actions to improve load factors and route viability.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Aviation Management Business Administration
Master’s degree (aviation marketing)
Language: English & Arabic.
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of experience in marketing, including 3+ years in aviation or airport marketing.
