Parsons is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Head of Planning - Aviation to lead the planning, scheduling, and progress control functions for a complex airfield/airport infrastructure project.

What You'll Be Doing;
Lead the preparation, development, and maintenance of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
Establish planning strategies and methodologies that align with contract requirements and project objectives.
Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to develop fully integrated baseline schedules.
Monitor actual progress against the baseline, identify variances, and evaluate their impact on project timelines.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, lookahead schedules, and recovery plans when delays are identified.
Ensure schedule updates reflect current project status, risks, and approved changes.
Perform critical path, float, and earned value analysis to support project controls and mitigate schedule risks.
Lead forensic delay analysis and support extension of time (EOT) claims in coordination with contracts and legal teams.
Develop mitigation and acceleration strategies to keep the project on track.
Implement and manage planning tools, templates, procedures, and reporting formats.
Promote best practices in planning, scheduling, and progress measurement across all project phases.
Ensure consistent planning standards are applied across the project and among subcontractors.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to collect inputs for planning and scheduling.
Support client reporting requirements and ensure that planning deliverables are submitted accurately and on time.
Participate in project meetings, progress reviews, and risk workshops as the planning representative.
Evaluate the time impact of change orders and variation requests.
Integrate risk assessment outcomes into schedule forecasts and identify potential threats to timeline commitments.
Work closely with commercial and contract teams to ensure planning data supports financial claims and assessments.
Lead and mentor a team of planning engineers and schedulers, ensuring quality and consistency in planning deliverables.
Provide training, guidance, and career development opportunities to junior planning staff.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the planning team.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 15 years of planning experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience on airport, aviation, or airfield construction projects.
Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and planning/reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Excel).
Strong knowledge of project management principles, delay analysis techniques, and earned value management (EVM).
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and interfaces in complex projects.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Certifications such as PMP, PSP, or Prince2.
Familiarity with FIDIC contract provisions related to program and delay.

Aviation Safety Officer (Army Helicopter) Saudi ArabiaThe **Aviation Safety Officer (Army Rotary Wing)** plans, implements, and coordinates safety and environmental programs in accordance with written regulations, procedures, and policies.
- Identify safety and environmental hazards, risks, and promote the reduction or elimination of potentially hazardous conditions that may lead to accidents, occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and safety-related financial losses.
- Coordinate all safety-related activities within the requirements of the safety program with respect to mission requirements and the U.S. Government directives to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Report and investigate aircraft, ground safety, and environmental accidents to determine the cause of the accident and formulate recommendations to help prevent similar mishaps in the future.

- Provide technical support in all types of Safety/Environmental issues such as data gathering, training, correspondence with CONUS and OCONUS internal customers, etc.

- Assist in maintaining accident and incident records, files, and reports. Requires data entry and corrections to files on an as needed basis.
- Conduct safety audits, fire extinguish inspections, and inspections of all first aid kits and other safety related equipment.
- Develop and maintain information technology work orders and confirm when work has been properly completed.
- Process Occupational Hazard Reports including investigating the hazard and ensuring mitigations are in place.
- When needed, perform duties as an active member of an aircraft accident board.
- Perform other qualified duties as assigned.
**Experience and Education Requirements**:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited College or University in an aviation related field OR equivalent related work experience. (Officer I Manager may be substituted for education requirements on a case-by-case basis).
- Graduate from a DOD Aviation Safety and Accident Investigation Course or college degree OR certificate from an accredited College or University with a major in Aviation Safety.
- Five (5) or more years’ experience as an Aviation Safety Officer/Manager is strongly preferred.
- FAA Commercial Pilots License -Instrument, with at least 1,500 hours of in aircraft flight. (UH60, AH64, OH58).
- Prior U.S. Military or DOD Aviation Safety Officer experience is required.
- Previous experience in conducting aircraft accident investigations is highly desirable.
- Experience dealing with safety and environmental laws, rules, and regulations is required.
- Extensive experience in risk management and mitigation.
- Prior experience as an instructor pilot, standardization pilot, and/or instrument flight examiner is desirable.
- DOD Aviation Safety qualification and at least one former position as an Aviation Safety Officer.
- Valid US Passport Required for International travel and required Saudi Visa.
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Expert knowledge in the technical field of aviation safety and accident prevention and experience in use of DOD, FAA, NTSB, or
- lCAO documentation is required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Health & Safety Coordinator - Aprons (Saudi National) to join our team. Under the guidance of a safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) manager or director, the Senior Health & Safety Coordinator assists in ensuring that site-specific SH&E plans, workplaces, and operational tasks conform to Parsons' risk management practices and comply with regulatory and client SH&E requirements.
This role reports indirectly to a project Delivery Manager or Program Director and directly to the Parsons corporate SH&E group through a project HSE manager or program ESH Director. The incumbent must demonstrate strong interpersonal and technical skills, and familiarize themselves with client procedures and standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the project or program manager with SH&E program administration.
- Audit projects and worksites against corporate standards.
- Inspect worksites for hazards; provide expertise to eliminate or control SH&E risks.
- Create and submit audit and inspection reports.
- Monitor work planning and performance for compliance with Parsons' ESHARP system.
- Implement injury and incident reporting processes.
- Perform trend analyses on audits, inspections, and incidents; prepare analysis reports.
- Assist with new hire orientation.
- Conduct SH&E training based on regulations and best practices.
- Maintain SH&E training records.
- Participate in routine safe work briefings.
- Perform other related responsibilities as needed.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety/Environmental Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field from a recognized university.
- At least 5 years of overall experience, including 2+ years in Health and Safety.
- Knowledge of Federal and State health and safety regulations and reporting procedures.
- Knowledge of safety standards like ANSI, NFPA.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively in group settings with judgment and discretion.
