About the Role :

TjDeeD is looking for a skilled and proactive Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in KSA . This role is a critical link between our account managers and technical delivery teams, helping position and promote our diverse IT solutions portfolio to clients. Key Responsibilities :

Presales & Proposal Ownership

  • Ensure all presales deliverables meet SLA timelines with high quality

Technical Readiness

  • Maintain fully functional demo environments for key products including

Leadership & Ownership

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in IT solutions presales or solution architecture
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, UEM, cybersecurity, and automation platforms
  • Hands-on experience with demo kit management and customer engagement
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills (Arabic & English)
  • Based in Saudi Arabia and willing to travel
