Your Role:

As an IT Audit & Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of IT service provider invoices. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth audits of invoices, verifying service delivery against agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs, analyzing service performance metrics, and applying contractual penalties as appropriate.
