Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate - Environmental Specialist to join our team In this role you will get to contribute to the environmental strategies for the delivery of challenging high-quality infrastructure and masterplan projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- The primary role includes the provision of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and/or Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) across a broad range of sectors mainly Infrastructure (specifically stormwater, sewerage, rail and road projects), community developments and marine and coastal developments as well as to support delivery of related environmental management requirements.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent understanding of how to deliver E(S)IAs, as well as coordinate and review E(S)IA and environmental management inputs from other specialists. This shall include the requirement to project manage, administer and liaise with both clients, inputs from experts in other disciplines (e.g. engineering, hydrology, etc.) and regulators in the delivery and presentation of contracted work and to conduct assessments, inclusive of any necessary field and baseline aspects.
- Interpert the E(S)IA findings to design responses in the Masterplans and guide the design teams on responding to potential design mitigation measures or compensation solutions.
- Mentor, support, overview and review the junior members inputs and deliverables.
Profile and Requirements
- An understanding of the approach and process steps of E(S)IAs for a wide spectrum of project sectors (as mentioned above) across the GCC especially in KSA.
- Knowledge of Saudi Environmental regulation and their application, such as NCEC, the Royal Commissions and giga projects.
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring and its role in E(S)IAs.
- Experience in aligning E(S)IA reports to environmental safeguards as prescribed by Development Financing Institutions such as World Bank, IFC, etc.
- Strong organizational and project management skills including the ability to consistently deliver work on time.
- Good communication skills including confidence to articulate and present E(S)IA study findings within a workshop environment and interact with the regulatory authorities as necessary.
- The ability to work directly with clients in identifying and developing mitigation measures and environmental management programs.
- A flexible and dynamic approach including the ability to work independently as well as coordinate within a team.
- The role will focus on the core areas of impact assessment, in particular project management, contract administration, and liaison and coordination with Sub-consultants, advising Clients and Authority liason The work includes managing Environmental subconsultants, reviewing Environmental impact Assessments, and coordinating team schedules including the delivery of project deliverables . This may require the need to solicit, review and incorporate inputs from experts in related disciplines (into project deliverables).
- Prepare RFPs to appoint the most suitable sub-consultants for any given project.
- Assess and manage the appointed sub-consultants and review their E(S)IA studies.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or above (Masters, PhD) in an environmental related degree preferable.
- Work experience of minimum 12-13 years in an international engineering design and project management or environmental consultancy or related field.
- Chartered with a relevant institute and/or be a Registered EIA Practitioner with IEMA (preferable not mandatory).
- Analytical skills for assessing suitable sub-consultants.
- Detail oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team, on multiple large-scale projects in parallel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English.

What You Will Do
- Reviews preparing (mixing), filling, and packaging instructions at beginning of line runs. Ensures that the correct raw and packaging materials are available. Ensures that the correct Personal Protective Equipment is available and other safety procedures are understood and followed. Asks Supervisor for assistance, if needed.
- Ensures that the line is set up correctly per the preparation (mixing), filling and packaging instructions. Adjusts the line as necessary or asks Supervisor or Maintenance Tech for assistance.
- Operates preparation (mixing), filling and packaging equipment continually. Types of equipment could include filler, sleeve labeler, pumps, filters, mixers forklifts cappers, tape machine, bar coders, ink jet printer, hand wrenches, hand stamps, palletizers, and lid presses. Adjusts equipment to control weight, closures, or other as required by the specifications.
- Perform all operations on the lines, including loading lines with empty containers, labeling, preparing (mixing), filling, capping, bar coder generation, taking samples, keeping area clean and organized and other related activities.
- Actively participate in Kaizens, 5S, TPM, Loss Analysis and special projects
- Continuingly identify opportunities for system and process waste elimination
- Completes and documents activities that measure quality and productivity in an accurate and timely manner. This could include taking weights and performing basic quality tests. Enters results on paper or in computer.
- Follow and adhere to Safety, quality and production related Work Instruction, Memo's, and SOP.
- Report and act according to the Safety, quality observation and machines performance and defect.
- Completes packaging, preparing (mixing), and filling assignment meeting or exceeding the standards.
- Assists with line changeover, including the collection of wash water.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Position Details

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in Chemical plant or warehouse
- Basic English language, reading and writing.
- Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals.

Job Description
This role involves providing technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the sales process, including performing technical support at customer sites and resolving product issues.
As an individual contributor, you will work independently with minimal supervision, requiring a university degree or significant practical experience.
The position includes hands-on training with Stryker’s Mako robot, covering setup, breakdown, and intra-operative activities for successful surgical outcomes. You will offer clinical product support, provide on-site assistance during surgeries, address technical issues, and deliver training and customer education for assigned accounts.
What you will do :Complete Mako training for all robotic-assisted surgery applications. Obtain certification for each application needed to perform independent case coverage.
Complete JR 101 and 201 training and develop an understanding of all basic manual procedures.
Observe and apply practices used to train and guide surgeons and hospital staff in robotic-assisted surgery.
Build troubleshooting skills to solve technical issues related to the robot. Collaborate with the Education and Field Service teams to learn basic technical components of the robot.
Shadow and assist in the day-to-day coordination of accounts and necessary tasks to support scheduled robotic procedures. Complete supervised cases as needed to obtain full certification for each application.
Develop knowledge of hospital and account preferences to meet or exceed customer expectations. Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive, trusting relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
Manage inventory, instrumentation, and total case preparation. Ensure all cases are planned and reviewed with associated surgeons before scheduled surgeries.
Assist in product demonstrations and lab logistics to service sales, marketing, and potential customers.
Build collaborative relationships with internal sales team members to achieve business objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or clinical field of study, preferably Biomedical or Medical Engineering
Fluent English & Arabic language skills (spoken & written)
Use of computer and MS Office tools
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions
Comfortable in operating room environment
