The ideal candidate will have solid experience in legal advisory and litigation, especially in areas such as:
- Debt recovery and payment disputes
- Labor and employment law
- Partner and shareholder conflict resolution
- Contract enforcement with clients and suppliers
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal matters related to the
recovery of outstanding debts and payments - Support the handling of
labor and employment disputes
, including representation before labor courts - Contribute to resolving
internal disputes
involving partners and shareholders - Draft, review, and negotiate

Job Title: Senior Legal Associate
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabi
Reports to: Group Chief Legal and Compliance Officer (GCLCO)
Role:
We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic and English) candidate with at least 6 years (or more) of legal experience, working for leading law firms or in-house teams. The candidate must be a Saudi having experience in leading and managing complex legal matters related to claims, disputes, and contentious issues arising from commercial contracts, construction projects (including public private partnership projects), government projects, service agreements, and labour matters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will:
• Assist the GCLCO, and through the GCLCO assist and advise all the group subsidiaries on all legal, commercial, contractual and labour matters, pertaining to dispute management and claims handling;
• Advise on potential disputes, contractual rights and obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Review, assess, and assist the GCLCO in preparing legal strategies for claims related to delay, disruption, variations, termination, and force majeure.
• Draft and respond to formal notices.
• Assist in the resolution of disputes, including disputes to be settled through mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Actively coordinate with external counsels, experts, and stakeholders to manage dispute proceedings efficiently.
• Support project teams during project execution to avoid escalation of disputes.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, statements, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence.
• Participate in negotiations with contractors, clients / employers, and subcontractors.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice on a variety of issues, including disputes, claims, and compliance with laws.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date legal records, files, and documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of legal reports, memos, and presentations for senior management.
• Assist and advise group entities on all legal matters.
• Assist on all such matters as may be assigned by GCLCO.
Education &Qualification: Saudi law degree, preferably with higher education from a foreign university

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contract law, public private partnership, government tender and procurement laws, labour and regulatory requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong background in handling construction, infrastructure, commercial and labour claims and disputes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

About The Role

Legal Operations - Senior Associate
to join our in-house legal team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our Legal Department, managing and optimizing all of our backend processes, systems, and information to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities
- Implement and manage streamlined processes and workflows for all Legal Department activities – including contract management, matter tracking, litigation support, billing, and external counsel management.
- Implement and manage the Legal Department's technology solutions to optimise efficiency and manage SLAs.
- Oversee the Legal Department's organizing and archiving of all legal documents and certificates.
- Assist with the Legal Department's budget, billing, and external counsel management.
- Support with data analytics and reporting to the Legal Department and senior leadership on department performance.
Your Expertise
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-4 years work experience.
- Experience in admin, business development, front of house, office management, procurement, or GRC roles.
- Fluent in English and Arabic – written and spoken.
- Worked in either a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
