Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled
Architecture Engineer
with strong expertise in finishing and decorative works. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing and reviewing
shop drawings

Key Responsibilities

-Shop Drawings & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed and accurate shop drawings for architectural, finishing, and decorative works.
  • Review, verify, and approve drawings submitted by contractors/subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and design intent.
  • Identify discrepancies or conflicts and recommend effective solutions.

-Project Coordination

  • Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth integration.
  • Communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor progress of finishing and decorative works to align with project timelines.

-Execution & Quality Control

  • Oversee site execution of finishing and decorative works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure high workmanship quality.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.

-Project Management

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing resources for architectural and finishing works.
  • Track project milestones and prepare progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

-Handover of Finishing & Furnishing Works

  • Inspect and verify completed finishing works (paint, flooring, ceilings, joinery, marble, gypsum, etc.) in accordance with specifications.
  • Review and approve the installation and quality of both fixed and movable furniture.
  • Prepare handover reports with comments and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams and consultants to ensure works are approved before final delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in

  • Minimum 7
    –12 years of experience
    in architectural finishing and decorative works.
  • Strong knowledge of
