to work directly for a significant master-planned developer, to lead the delivery of landmark sporting and leisure facilities, including:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-value sporting facility projects.
• Manage the delivery of large-scale reinforced concrete (RC) structures, including extensive concrete pours and complex frames.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Provide strategic leadership, risk management, and problem-solving across all project phases.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders, government entities, and international partners.
• Champion innovation, sustainability, and world-class engineering practices.

About You

• 15+ years' professional experience with a proven track record in delivering large, complex construction projects.
• Expertise in complex RC frame construction is essential.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and contract administration skills.
• International experience on high-profile sporting, leisure, or cultural projects is highly desirable.
• Degree qualified in civil engineering, construction, or a related discipline.

is seeking 1 Project & Construction Manager to oversee projects in the Middle East.

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining project objectives, timelines, and budgets for both the project and the construction site;
• Assuring project feasibility assessments and administrative strategy;
• Managing the project's permitting phase with local authorities (or with dedicated consultants), and handling possible communications and relationships with the relevant authorities
  .
• Defining activities and timelines for each design phase;
• Coordinating between various disciplines during the design phase and verifying projects;
• Managing third-party specialist consultants (cost estimation, invoicing, meeting scheduling);
• Preparing reports following project/site meetings;
• Monthly reporting on project/site progress;
• Monitoring adherence to estimated timeframes and costs during both design and construction phases;
• Developing corrective strategies to optimize and recover time and additional costs;
• Implementing corrective actions in case of deviations from quality standards, timelines, or costs;
• Drafting the overall work execution schedule based on contracts with various contractors in agreement with the CSP;
• Managing tender processes, drafting contracts, and negotiating with contractors;
• Handling all project changes requested by the Client and/or contractors during execution until final formalization;
• Coordinating among various contractors and approving construction drawings;
• Reviewing and approving payment certifications (SAL) submitted by contractors;

Technical Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture / Building Engineering / Civil Engineering;
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management or a similar role, at least two of which in the Luxury Retail sector and for Middle East projects;
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other project management software;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D design, layout setup);
• Good knowledge of BIM methodology;
• Expertise in executive architecture and design;
• Basic knowledge of specialized technical disciplines (MEP, Structural, Fire Safety, HVAC, Energy, etc.);
• Excellent command of English.

• Experience managing relationships with clients, external collaborators, and contractors;
