I am looking for creative Architects for a regional Multi-Disciplinary practice with multiple offices involved on a number of development projects within the Mixed-Use, Residential and Hospitality sectors. Having recently expanded their office and with goals to enhance their design team, we have now been tasked to help support their growth in Jeddah, KSA. I am looking to speak with Senior Architects who would be interested in relocating to Jeddah. You must have experience of being able to lead projects from the initial concept stage through to design development with a proven track record of working on various typologies of projects. You must have a strong portfolio and be able to lead a team of up to 15 staff of Architects. The business is undergoing strong growth across Saudi Arabia and have been nominated for several awards. Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience - Must have a Bachelor’s qualification in Architecture - Must be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of projects (Hospitality/Hotel, large Residential, Mixed-Use projects would be desirable) - The portfolio must have mixture of design experience i.e. Concepts, DD etc - Strong Proficiency in REVIT, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite - Strong conceptual skills - Has used AI platforms or willingness to learn - Leadership and Communication skills

**Attach the Portfolio**
Skills: 2D -AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop
Provide design leadership within a dedicated team, offering support, generating strong design ideas, strong communication, and problem-solving
Coordinate with the architecture team and the STRUC - MEP team
Coordinate between the design team, site team and contractor
Produce architecture drawings from the schematic phase all the way to the construction documents
Assisting the site team with replying to RFIs and conduct site visits when needed
Reviewing designs according to building codes and regulations
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Revit is a MUST

What You'll be doingLead the structural design management of complex building assets, including high-rise towers, large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Drive the design process from concept to IFC, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with SBC, Eurocode, ACI, BS, and AASHTO standards, and alignment with project vision and client requirements.
