We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationship management in Khobar and Dhahran. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling construction, contracting, or carpentry/interior solutions within the Saudi market. This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and project-based sales expertise to grow revenue and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Khobar & Dhahran.
- Identify and target new business opportunities with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to contract closure.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the construction and contracting sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services as per client requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in construction materials, carpentry/joinery, interiors, or contracting services.
- Strong network of contacts within Khobar, Dhahran, and the Eastern Province market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B/project-based sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Valid Saudi driving license.

We are a leading SaaS construction platform in KSA, we are currently looking to fill this position immediately.
Position Overview:
• Play a strategic and hands-on role in driving customer acquisition, revenue generation, and partnership development for Buildmate (BM).
• Operate as a senior member of the business development team, combining direct sales execution with market intelligence.
• May include mentoring junior team members and contributing to the improvement of sales processes.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Country Manager to expand BM's footprint in the construction ecosystem across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Impact Business Development & Sales Execution:
Identify, approach, and onboard key contractors, building materials suppliers, and equipment rental providers to BM's platform.
- Conduct sales meetings, demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and generate revenue.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Close mid-to-large-scale B2B deals and secure recurring business.
Assist in crafting custom solutions and offers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for new users.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product/support teams to enhance user experience.
- Market Expansion & Strategic Insights:
- Support leadership in identifying emerging opportunities and market gaps.
- Monitor competitor activities, customer trends, and pricing strategies.
Participate in sales strategy development and suggest improvements.
Team Contribution & Leadership Support:
Assist in mentoring junior business developers.
- Support the Business Development Manager with training, reporting, and campaign rollouts.
Contribute to sales playbooks and process optimization.
Performance Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate sales activity records in the CRM system.
- Report on individual sales performance, revenue forecasts, and customer engagement.
- Track KPIs like conversion rates, deal sizes, and client retention.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably construction, SaaS, marketplaces, industrial sectors).
• Sales Excellence: Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets (enterprise/mid-market clients).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction supply chains, building materials, or equipment rental in KSA/GCC is a strong plus.
• CRM Proficiency: Skilled in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
• Relationship Management: Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Initiative & Independence: Comfortable operating autonomously.
• Team Collaboration: Willingness to mentor and contribute to a collaborative culture.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
