Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience

- Manages and guides field operations staff in all aspects of ESP systems installation, troubleshooting, pre-commissioning and commissioning, and sends commissioning reports to clients, confirming ESP system suitability as per specs.
- Monitors daily ESP and well status, collets monthly well data from ESP monitoring tool and analyse data to check ESP performance.
- Monitors and leverages ESP installation KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Electrical or Petroleum.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ESP oilfield rig and maintenance operations is required, including at least 2 years in ESP Application Engineering.
- Previous ESP applications, troubleshooting, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning experience is required.
- Previous experience with special engineering software for ESP Design and Well Performance Modelling (subpump) is required.
- Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is required.
- Previous Oil and Gas upstream processes' experience is required.
