Role Summary:
Responsible for solution design, configuration/deployment, testing, and maintenance of effective and scalable AR&IM solutions. Leveraging techno-functional expertise, the candidate will ensure Plant.Digital solutions comply with project requirements employing the most advanced COTS. This role requires deep techno-functional APM knowledge and expertise.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Functional AR&IM SMEs, cross-functional teams, and client to develop design for APM solutions.
- Lead COTS deployment of AR&IM solutions at various stages including design, installation/configuration/build, UATs and PAT adhering to timeline, business requirements, and project specs. Validate technology solutions performance including accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop database architectures, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity and security.
- Build native dashboards, KPIs, and SQL queries. Support DSV in creating IMOMS level visualization. Integrate AR&IM COTS with data source tools like SAP, PI, etc.
- Contribute to development / review business processes, swim lanes, and blueprints for client projects.
- Provide support to post-go live application maintenance as needed.
- Support development of functional studies for clients to implement strategies for enhancing asset performance, reliability, integrity, and overall performance of process facilities.
- Provide expert guidance and support to cross-functional solution consultant/development teams. Oversee the integration design of AR&IM module solutions within Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) technology framework and with existing client systems.
- Support functional SMEs in conducting detailed reliability assessments such as but not limited to ACAs, FMECAs, RCMs, and FTAs.
- Spearhead reflection of study outcomes on COTS configuration level to systematically identify potential failure modes, their consequences, and proactive mitigation actions.
- Leverage client’s AR&IM procedures (SOPs), business processes, and operational/maintenance practices (Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Turnaround & Inspection T&Is, Corrosion Management, etc.) to align scope requirements for digital solution.
- Research and evaluate COTS solutions as part of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of AR&IM objectives with project goals.
- Provide training for team members to grow delivery capacity. Provide training to client staff to enable end-user adoption and value realization.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous learning, and improvement within the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Academic: BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- Work Experience: Over 10 years of relevant experience in the industry, with at least 5 Years focused on deployment of AR&IM solutions.
- AR&IM Tools: Working knowledge in key AR&IM COTS such as SAP PM, GE Meridiem, M-Tel, Asset Sentinel, etc. Working knowledge in configuring AR&IM / FMECA / RCM assessments or equivalent to COTS level. Knowledgeable in cloud versus on-prem deployments. Certified in 1-2 as minimum.
- AR&IM Components Deployment: Working experience in deploying AR&IM / APM components including Asset Strategy, Reliability, Asset Health Management (including APA), Integration and Visualization.
- Rotating/Stationary Equipment Engineering Knowledge: Knowledgeable of Energy processes and related reliability/integrity aspects, such as refineries, gas plants, GOSPs, NGL processing, petrochemicals, etc. Knowledgeable in types and functions of rotating/stationary equipment and their common failure modes.
- AR&IM Governance: Knowledgeable in AR&IM international standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, etc. Has understanding of reliability engineering principles, asset integrity management, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Leadership: Has led deployment cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Has knowledge of Digitalization Projects Life Cycle.
- Technical Writing: Withholds excellent abilities to communicate in Technical English with peers, clients, and management.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communications. Ability to develop reports/presentations for different stakeholders. Able to communicate concisely to various types of stakeholders.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Has delivered training and mentored young talent.
