**Applications Analyst **position on the Business Applications Sell & Retain team. The incumbent will require a strong background in the SAP SD area and will be responsible for eliciting business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and supporting new and existing implementations for global entities.
- ** What you’ll do**:
- Perform analysis and configuration in SAP SD module, specifically in areas of customer master and order to cash process
- Consult with other team members on configuration design questions and analysis
- Participate in all project stages with accountability for eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements and documenting functional designs
- Resolve complex business requirements
- Create a testing strategy and ensure all functionality is tested prior to production deployment
- Work closely with the Change and Release Management team to ensure representation and coordination of the project throughout the change and release process

Role Purpose
The Senior Business Application Analyst is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, enhancement, and support of business applications and software solutions within their designated domain(s). Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, scope of work, and requirements.
- Write clear and comprehensive documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Communicate requirements, insights, and findings effectively to cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project status through daily follow-ups, resolve issues, publish progress reports, and recommend actions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
- Create training materials, conduct user training sessions, and facilitate transition to new processes or systems.
- Ability to understand problems and find solutions.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management and conduct stakeholder meetings.
- Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
