**Applications Analyst **position on the Business Applications Sell & Retain team. The incumbent will require a strong background in the SAP SD area and will be responsible for eliciting business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and supporting new and existing implementations for global entities.
- ** What you’ll do**:
- Perform analysis and configuration in SAP SD module, specifically in areas of customer master and order to cash process
- Consult with other team members on configuration design questions and analysis
- Participate in all project stages with accountability for eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements and documenting functional designs
- Resolve complex business requirements
- Create a testing strategy and ensure all functionality is tested prior to production deployment
- Work closely with the Change and Release Management team to ensure representation and coordination of the project throughout the change and release process
- Provide the appropriate level of communication to Digital Technology and business team members and stakeholders in support of the project or work
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful completion of project deliverables
**What we’re looking for**:
- 3-5 years of experience working with SAP Sales and Distribution Module
- Ability to debug abap code when analyzing issues
- Experience with S4 HANA is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline such as computer science or engineering
- Ability to prioritize and resolve complex business issues
- Experience working with global teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and teamwork skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision

Role Purpose
The Senior Business Application Analyst is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, enhancement, and support of business applications and software solutions within their designated domain(s). They ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects while optimizing system performance and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP implementations and business applications within the assigned domain(s).
