The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and technical expertise to provide advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, and issue resolution. You will act as a key intermediary between end users and the development team, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining service quality in line with the SLA.

• Incident Management:

JOB OBJECTIVE
