The Integration Engineer to design and manage integration solutions that link various systems, applications, and platforms within our organization. The successful candidate will focus on creating efficient, scalable, and secure integrations to streamline processes, ensure data accuracy, and enhance system interoperability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Integration Engineer will be responsible for enabling seamless data and workflow integration between manufacturing systems, enterprise applications, and plant-level automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either
computer science or chemical engineering
with
hands-on experience in system integration
, preferably using tools like
BizTalk
, and should understand refinery or oil & gas operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between manufacturing systems (MES, LIMS, CMMS, DCS, SCADA) and enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, cloud platforms).
• Understand plant workflows in refining or oil & gas and translate them into integration logic.
• Work with OT systems like PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and historians (PI, IP.21, PHD) to enable secure and structured data flow.
• Develop API-based interfaces and messaging workflows using tools such as BizTalk, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
• Implement and maintain data mappings, transformation logic, and message routing between systems.
• Create interface control documents, test cases, and sequence diagrams for integration scenarios.
• Ensure system integration follows standards such as ISA-95, B2MML, OPC UA, and ISA-88.
• Collaborate with control systems, IT, and business teams for alignment on architecture and data governance.
• Perform system and integration testing, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

Qualifications and Experience

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The role reports to the Head of Engineering (Chief Engineer) and the System Integration Lead Engineer and is responsible for the system integration of a large security system during its development and on-site deployment. This includes the integration of deliverables (HW/SW), as well as support of the acceptance process with the customer. The role is based in Riyadh, but frequent travel to locations in Saudi Arabia is required. Occasional international travel is also expected.

• Setup, deliver and maintain the planned Maritime Surveillance (MS) integration, testing and staging of systems and tools, maintain system configurations.
• Perform Sensor Chain Verification to check the MS sensors integrated into the system.
• Support the execution of test procedures at testing facilities (system integration lab) and delivery sites in terms of system integration, helping to identify issues during testing.
• Support the creation of documentation (configuration documentation, problem reports, test reports) during integration campaigns.
• Perform the required integration activities at system level for system / customer releases, and support dedicated test campaigns like load, stress, performance tests together with the V&V team
